JOURNAL: Mastashake (Ian Roddy)

  • you know... 2003-06-21 13:04:05 you ever have one of those days where you cant seem to accomplish ANYTHING, no matter how hard you try. Of course you do, your an AMV creator! Well, I have been reliving such a day, every day, ever since my PC was brought back from the dead (the most recent time anyway). I don't know why, but I feel as though (this will sound cheesy) I lost "something" over that year where I was forced to not work on anything. It is frustrating the hell out of me, and I don't even know why it's happening. Even worse, I have found that the English language is insufficient in trying to express this phenomenon to any real extent. It simply cannot be conveyed (at least by me) without giving up in fiery frustration at being unable to get accross what I mean.

Im just venting here, nothing more...
  • for the record... 2003-06-06 15:20:50 After some thought, I came to the conclusion that it would be wise for me to specify what I was referring to in my last journal entry. The two "new" projects I was referring to, are:

The Last Hitokiri (The Last Samurai teaser / Samurai X [Trust & Betrayal])

Welcome (Matrix DVD Menu music / The Animatrix)

Since both choices could quite possibly be already in progress for other AMV creators as well, I thought it might be wise to make it known that I am not copying anyone elses work (personal pet peeve).

The first one was an obvious combination, while the second one I had been planning for over a year.

This is al;l simply for the record.
  • Almost...there 2003-06-04 11:54:51 Some good stuff (I hope) is coming your way soon

While unfortunately its not one of the projects i did announce, it should prove most...enjoyable....
  • update... a normal one for a change 2003-04-08 18:05:48 well, things are moving along at a painstakingly slow pace. It KILLS me that I havent had anything finished in over a year, but soon thatll be different........I hope............................................................................................
  • waahahaha... poor kid 2003-04-03 11:34:31 I recieved a new opinion of Gundamsync that I found too funny to hold onto:
    originality 1
    capture 1
    sound 1
    action 1
    effort 1
    review 1
    overall 1

    Good: bull
    Bad: stupid

General: i cannot believe you set a kick ass show to the absolute gayest fucking group alive! that just killed the movie. i didn't even watch it. why? because i didn't want to deal with "pop". wroung idea man!

AAAHAHAHAHAHA...*drops to floor in tears of laughter*
this poor kid (probobly a lady given the handle), sadly was unable to grasp the fact that this was the POINT of the video. poor thing. hehehe.
