What the hell has this world come to? - Really odd phone call 2010-11-11 08:29:14 So, I've been ordering from D'angelos a lot lately. Last night I got a call from the store about an hour after i ordered asking if everything was ok with my order. I've ordered from there at least 20 times and never got a call like that before. I should, pretty obviously, be suspicious... Not sure if I should avoid that place now or what. My stomach isn't feeling all that great this morning either.
- 2010-10-25 21:19:24 Stupid donation status lapsed and paypal decided to take it's time transferring my money. The ads are pretty damn annoying. I think I might just stay off the main site until this whole thing is resolved.

Made the ballot up. Using that, I made all of my title cards for the contest and got the title bumps all exported from premiere as 5-second video clips.
Now I need to find some music for the contest intro segment, compile and test the DVD, create an iso of the contest, burn several hard copies, test those, create an iso for Hell5, burn and test that, create bumps for the 27 overflow vids, create, burn and test that DVD, actually write out the full event plan for Extreme Iron Editor for this year, rip and encode the footage from 4 sources, gather information for our MC to have on hand at the event, go shopping for the several remaining items we need for the event, making a packing checklist for the con separated by event, etc.
I'm exhausted just thinking about that.
I also got more than a little frustrated at the default export location and default naming convention for project exports in CS5. The integrated queued export to the renderer is kinda nice though... But with my work flow, I don't know that it'll help if i try to offload to a network render.
