AE fun 2012-08-07 15:54:21 Had the weirdest feeling last night after finishing up a damn nice looking roto with some extra bits thrown in. It just looked so damn good. And then to make it fit the theme for the video I had to add so much more to it that it looked like I ruined it.

I think I'm going to be saving the comp off as a separate thing so I can play with it some more and maybe use it as a demo in the AB 201 panel next year.

On a separate segment, I think I found the least streamlined way to generate a scene that has something like 50 layers generating rotobrush masks on top of each other. Pretty sure I just don't know how to do adjustment layers correctly.

Bizare find 2012-06-25 20:59:49 Did a search on my last video, "Madness Quota" on google to see if people had uploaded it anywhere. Found out it's on no fewer than 10 Chinese websites. My mind - it boggles.
@Driftroot 2012-06-05 17:51:19 I find those time are made better with wonderful wonderful nyquil. Or watching episodes of TV shows you've seen lots or times before. Or, more often, both until you pass out.

This sounds like a job for a whiteboard. Probably a small notepad too.
