    Nearly died while reading the reviews...nuff said..here are some witty "i dare you not to laff" extracts:

    1)The Case For: Movie is really short, leaving time for more constructive activities like masturbation or trying to psychically communicate with your dog.
    The Case Against: The amount of money you'll have to pay to rent the movie undoubtedly dwarfs the entire budget of this film.


    2)"The Granny" shows us that even the most innocent and traditionally good-natured people can become brutal, psychopathic killing machines with no acting talent. All they need is a bottle of magical, evil elixir that causes them to be possessed by the devil, just like that one other movie where that guy drank the magical, evil elixir and became possessed by the devil. You know the one I'm talking about (note from editor: nobody really knows what he's talking about

    3)It doesn't turn out to be the most effective poison in the history of the world, as once it hits the soup, the poison starts bubbling and fizzing all over the place like rabid Alka Seltzer. This is probably because assassins are sick and tired of having to use poisons that are undetectable to the human eye. The "cool" killer these days wants something that everybody can tell is poison, as if to say "That's right, bitch, I put poison in your Quaker Oats. And I'm so damn cool that I don't even care if you know about it." Then the assassin would try to snipe at the president with an elephant gun.

    4)I personally would've rather had this movie be in the future, because a story about an ice cream man in the year 2500 would just kick ass. He'd be slaughtered by raving mutants within minutes! And the video would instantly be over! Yay!

    5)Anyway, a funloving group of children who call themselves "The Rocketeers", decide to go to the park. Surprisingly enough, not a single one of the kids had a black eye or swelling anywhere on their faces. I would've assumed with such a fucking lame name as "The Rocketeers" that these kids would've been beaten up every second of the day. Or at least have their stupid rockets shoved up their asses.

    6)So when a film tries to add a comedic element, and the aforementioned comedic element was composed on a bar coaster by 13 year-olds with advanced cases of ADD, you end up with a film which fails on so many levels that science has yet to identify and label all them. Am I making myself clear here? This movie isn't just 100% crap; we're talking about a film which must've invented experimental new compression algorithms to cram 680% crap into one single package of filth

    7)My initial reaction to this was "yawn," but after reconsidering, I have upgrading my reaction to "yawn" followed by "the noise one would make while attempting to pass a kitchen appliance through one's anal cavity."

    8)Jack Frost kills an ugly model by turning into a piece of ice and letting her eat him, at which point she blows up and forces Jack Frost to say, "I guess she drank DECAPITATED coffee."

    9)Is "The Granny" amusing? Not really. Is it scary? No, I've had more frightening bowel movements. So what the hell is the point of "The Granny"? Perhaps its a tutorial for aspiring filmmakers entitled "How Not to Make Your Movie". Maybe it's just a message warning us that old people should be shot and killed before they have a chance to buy magical cologne from a man wearing a pasta necklace

  • We got the FEVER , we're HOT, we can't be stopped...we got the oh-ah-oh-ah , we can't be stopped 2002-04-04 22:27:51 Darn fever is frying my brains.


    watched Blade yesterday...silly show ...a bounus is seeing Donnie Yen (one of my favourite HongKong actors )as the Snowman . He is also the martial arts choreograhper for the show which explains some slick kungfu throughout the show. Otherwise its so similar to Alien's resurrectuon ...they even got Ron Pearlman as one of the vampires in Blodpack (none of them , yes, NONE of them showed single tooth in the show to suggest that they are vampires)Stephen Dorff was sorely missed. And why do they think that Vampires look more scary when bald ...ok they are called Reapers.
    And have i mentioned that the whole palm sucker thingy was prob copied from Vampure Hunter D Bloodlust

    They had some really cool conceptual artwork in the official site though

    Stayed up to watch a football match at 2:30 am in the morning despite feeling very sick already was a bad bad move. I was a zombie in office...watching some brutal DBZ flash movies from newgrounds.com made me sicker.
