Removed some stray frames, and re-encoded some choppy parts of the intro and ending...changed a few scenes here and there and i've finally completed the 3rd and FINAL version of Armed and Dangerous vid.
Amazingly ( or my eyes could be playin tricks on me), the quality of the vid looks better than the previous 2 versions.
Uploaded the file to Mindwarp and deleted all the footage , psd , wave , and project files ( man that feels good...) , leaving space for downloading of fan subs ( i was bordering ard 200mb of my HD for way too long.. the files i used for my VID totalled nearly 2 gigs ...and my HD had a total space of 6 gig ..that's 1/3 of my HD..for goodness sake !!)

Today's Experiment.........FAILED

Stayed up late for the champion's league final between Real Madrid and Bayer Leverkusen. Fell asleep and woke up just to miss one of the greatest goals scored ever, remiscent of the one scored by Macca against Arsenal way back in the Roy Evans days
What a goal by Zidane. He's certainy peaked at the right time ..after seeing simialr efforts just clipped the posts in the semis.
The second half was pretty exciting with lotsa mouth to mouth action ( i mean goal mouths!!!! :P ) Bayer was unlucky to have Real's Keeper Casillas make 3 magnificent saves in injury time. Strangely so..he was subtituted in when the first choice keeper injured himself while rolling on the ground ( the most bizzare injury i've seen ...next thingy you know...a player will get stretched out after heading a ball away)and i wonder if he had stayed on ...will he make those 3 saves...??? Def a blessing in disguise for Real. Nice to see Macca make a substitute appearance and creating 2 or 3 chances while fooling the opposition.
Swen 'yawn' Eriksson must be MAD to not include Macca after Gerrad and Dyer's injuries.
There was this incident which had me crackin' !! There was this scene when the camera was focusing on one of the real mardrid players and the commentator said" Look. Another idiot on the pitch." I would know later on that he was referring to a scottish who ran on to the pitch in full gear (trumpets, skirts and all) . Man that was amusing, although not as amusing/hilarious/insane as excel Saga..man nothing in this world can describe the monstrosity (thats a compliment) that was the first episode.
The ending theme song was sang by a dog , no less. FLCL looks like some crazy shit too....and that's a compliment as well... 2 great animes bound to give you instant insanity -

Phew finally completed the codes that had me stressed out since last Friday
Note to myself: it's infinitly easier to ""re-write"" (note the irony later) ur ""own"" set of codes from scratch than to edit them from existing codes.
The old codes uses 4 different sets of functions whereas mine used onli 1 which is even shorter than any of the older functions. Feeling proud of myself ? Yes, no ?? Yes, no ??

No because i got the codes from the Internet..buahahahahaha...
Note to myself:it's infinitly easier to copy, paste and re-edit a set of codes from the internet than to edit them from existing codes.
Also i noted that all door should be designed to be opened by pushing on both sides. It takes a lot more effort to push a door open than pull it open, esp for women with babies on their arms.
P.S Btw the ttitle of the entry has nothing to do with the entry itself ...in case you didn notice by now

Anime Music Video Screenings & Contest has been received. Thank you for
sending in a submission!
From time to time the contest coordinators will send out mass-emails to
all the 2002 submitters. These will be updates on how the contest is
progressing, when screenings have been scheduled at the con, the results
of the contest, and (finally!) a notification in 2003 when we are ready to
accept submissions for next year. Notify us at "mpyson@netaxs.com" if you
would prefer not to receive these status updates, and you will receive
e-mail from us only if there is a specific question regarding your
individual music video submission. We respect the privacy of our
submitters and do not share your e-mail address (or any other personal
information) with anyone unless you specifically tell us to do.
After the submission deadline has passed the contest coordinators, guided
by the results of staff and submitter evaluations, will rank all the
submissions and then determine how many can fit on the 2002 AMV Contest
tape. Once this is done we will send out a mass-email to let the
submitters know which individuals/groups will have their entries compete
in the contest.
Please be patient awaiting this notification. Since the majority of the
music video submissions always come in just before the submission
deadline, and because the number of music video entries has increased
every year compared to the previous year (in 2001 we received over 150
entries!), we may not finish watching, re-watching, and ranking every
submission until two or three weeks before the convention.
