Pronostics of tonight, 20:00, local hour: Jacques Chirac, 82% of the votes!
Seems like we finally won't have this fascist president we all feared...
This election was really a mess... I guess no president had ever be chosen with so many voices in his favor... though of course the circumstances are realy peculiar this year... But in a way, if LePen ahd gotten more voices than ths... Say, if Chirac had been elected 60/40 only... this wouldv'e been even more worrying...
Now if only a Right-wing assembly can be chosen, so that we don't have to cope with another damn cohabitation for the next five years!...
Yuck. Nothing's decided yet, but I don't think LePen can get 30 more % voices now. And ij any case voting's finished at this hour :p

The only pleasant thing was to take the bike at 8:30 and run to the train station, because for once, for once, there weren't many people in the streets, not cars. It usually pisses me off to see that car drivers are systematically parking on cycle lanes, without wondering where the hell poor bikes will run, AND then getting mads at bikes when they run on their oh-so-precious street. And people walking on same cycle lane, looking at you arriving with big, wondering eyes, not realising THEY're in the way, and ALSO getting mad at you because you don't get outta the lane. I love going to work by bike, put people can be so damn stupid.
Okay, grzat thing to begin the daty: 15 eurobucks to pay for the train, just to go back to hometown and spend 5 minutes at the voting office. Just to vote for someone I don't like, but who's all in all better than the other, fascist candidate. Chirac's a badass, but I still puke on LePen.
My sis has left the flat again to live with her new boyfriend... This will only be the 8th one since the beginning of the year, and I don't count the ones she had last year. She's given up her apprenticeship as a saleswoman because "it was annoying", she doesn't even have he JUNIOR HIGH diploma, and she's getting hard times now finidng a new apprenticeship at a hair dreser, because she'll be 17 this summer and of course they prefer taking younger apprentices... they can give them lower wages, eh. This girl doesn't know what she wants, and she does nothing to FIND it. Shell end up doing the whoere in 10 years if she goes on with this attitude, and this really pains me, for she's NOT stupid and could do great things if only she wasn't SO lazy at school. She could have a pretty itnedresting job if finishing what she begins. hell, owning a hairdresser shop in 15 years would be cool for her, but no.
Life at my parents' is hell, I'm so glad I'm living on my own since 5 years now, I would never have been able to cope with it for all this time. My mother's sad cause my sis' ex-boyfriend has left their flat... yeah he was still living with them, though it's been more than one year they had broken off... and sissy doesn't find better than pissing her off because of this (she hates her ex, my that was an awful atmospheere in there whith those two living under the same roof). The cat runs off screaming each time I approach her, 'cause I once treaded on her tail, and I'm sure she'd rip of my eyes with her claws if given a chance. Damn little bastard. She was cute as a kitten, now she's become a capricious little thing which is on heat every 6 weeks and bothers people around mewling like a damned.
Train stopped on the way back, 3/4 hour waiting for it to start running again, the hell if I know why... almost missed the TV show I had to tape for my b/f. The vacuum-cleaner's just broken in my hands, and I can't even clean the carpets now, and my Illustrator keeps on crashing each time I try to do my homework with it. If I have to reinstall it I guess I'm gonna scream.
Oh no. I'd better kill my neighbors from above because of their damn techno-music they always listen too loud.

Listening to "Suteki Da Ne"... God this song is beautiful... I hadn't realized it until tonight, thoug it was on ly HD for more than two months now... (I really have too much stuff to listen... why then do I always stick to the same songs looping for weeks? LOL)
If I was to make AMVs for the novel I'm writing, I'd surely use it. This song, and Sora's too (Escaflowne movie). Um, and Land of Confusion, because it really fits one of the societies I'm trying to depict (along with the character of one of the "heroes").
Oh well. How I'd like to be able to do this. Maybe one day... if I manage to buy the proper software, to properly learn how to use it, and to find damn PLENTY of time to do so, I might give a try to drawing & animating my very OWN AMV. But it's just a sweet dream for the moment...
I wonder if I'd be able to actually DRAW one of those damn 'thopters I like so much... :) -

OMG! I realize I've just spent 5 hours non-stop working for my next assignement with Illustrator... No wonder I feel so werid now! LOL
Off with it. I'm gonna begin my Angel's Egg AMV this evening. It's been 3 days I'm waiting for finding more time longer than just half an hour to do so, and I guess it's high time... :)
Ack, tomorrow I must take the train... just to go back to hometown to vote! Shitty presidential elections. But I prefer taking 4 hours on my precious time to do so rather than not doing it. Damn fascist of LePen on 2nd turn was so awful to hear last week... Yuck. Yuck yuck yuck! At least French nation seems to have waken up a little since this. Hope they won't go back to sleep before CHirac's reelected.
I really hate political stuff, but well... no choice. -

When I woke up (early) this morning, I was just stuck with ANOTHER idea for an AMV...
I don't know what the usual "ratio" is for people here, but this now gives me... let's see... 6 - no, 7 ideas to use (or not use) in months/year to come. I'm pretty sure i won't be able to do this in a few weeks, and anyhow I won't, for I need more than just 2 weeks to produce something acceptable... But I'm still glad that I have all of this in store in my lil' head now.
Only problem being that I really want to complete those projects now... but well... patience is better than rush in this case, for sure.
Yuck... Still 15 hours of extracting for my Angel's Egg file to be ready... and this system is slowed down like hell... Guess the comp will run for another night if it's not finished tonight, for I still have to work on Illustrator a lot today and it surely won't help...
