Oh, well, I went back home LATE from work, so I guess I HAVE the right to take a few hours for myself...

Haaaaa, another of those days when you think you can have a quiet evening at home, and you're forced to quit workingwayyy too late because of damn "sudden" problems happening with the software/document/product/anything/ack. But I guess I should be used to it, now... um, well, no. Not really.
In any case the counterpart isn't so bad, for I'm allowed to use their softs at home. Including Adobe stuff and Premier (haaa! I wrote Premier! Ah! Oh! What a moron! LOL) with it. Quite the deal, eh. I shouldn't complain too much ^_^
And another video-encoding set for tonight... If I have the patience to let it reach its end... Oh well, I'll rather let the PC on and it'll encode all of this... it's grown-up enough to do it alone after all :p
Way to go! Almost done! I want to finish this video.
Ack. Must... get up... early... tomorrow... not... go... too late... to bed!

In any case... I'm so glad the site's up again! *does the happy dance* I'm glad having found it, too, even if I'm not here for very long... Very useful stuff. I didn't even have to ask a single question about editing and such yet, I could find everything in the guides and doing a Search...

Days like this one the better thing to do would be to stay in bed.
Not going to school on my poor old bike, under a damn rain that'd only let me soaked to the skin with my drawings half wet in my bag too. Yes, the ones I had to give to the teacher, because we had to finish them during the two past weeks.
And certainly not arriving at the office at noon to discover that nobody's there, and that I've forgotten my keys, which means that I had to wait for almost one hour before I could enter, and also that I had less time to finish what was due for tomorrow.
My, I knew, also, that days when you're bored at work seem tobe slower than days when you work like hell and suddenly finds out that it's already 6 pm... but that days when you're working like hell can be *that* slow too, sometimes, was quite odd.
I need holidays again LOL -

I've just spent 3 hours working on *a-hem* what will be my first AMV.
My, never - NEVER! - will I think again that 'it looks easy to do'!!!!
Upon downloading and watching AMV, when i hadn't plan on doing some myself, I used to think that it surely wasn't that difficult... but now I truly realize that pasting clips and music isn't whats makes a good video...
Okay, theorically I knew this already... but I guess that *now* I really impressed this on my mind. The HOURS one can spend working and working again and again on a single part of a clip, just to make sure all fits together... and every day I open the project, I notice flaws that I hadn't noticed before... and so on... And though I agree that one CAN do an AMV in a single evening, I plainly realize that it needs as much editing - not to say 10 times more! - , at least, to obtain a decent one...
I udnerstand better why newbies that claim "I can do better than [insert studio name]" get flamed so quickly... ^_^;
