  • Hard Drive Fail 2005-08-22 13:07:30 I have some sad news... My HD blow up, I had to buy new one and now I need to download all the fun stuff again... :(

    My School started and I was able to backup my NGE project partitially so it's a loose, but not big one. (remember that I am not talking about the rest of the stuff that is missing)

    I have some serious windows hating comblexes at currently...

    I FUCKING HATE WINDOWS!!!

    Ahh, That did good. I need a mac or good linux... At least I have Gentoo sad thing is that I need to install it again... huoh... Slackware is a bad replace but will do the job for needed time. 
  • Making good videos... 2005-08-12 16:00:59 I know that this is a subject that is shy and it could easily explode too. But I think that most of the videos in here are just bad. They are bad rip offs from internet based video material then builded with Movie Maker and some kind of modern pop/techno inserted to in top of it. I don't like fashion and I think that what ever I do I should do it well. So I haven't done Music Videos of my faforite serie cause I haven't felt I am good enought for it nor I haven't got a good idea for it. I have seen at least tens of hundreds Neon Genesis Evangelion music videos from here and I think that most of them doesn't have any idea. And this is just my opinion. And yeah I guess I am tolling now. :] But I think this way and you cannot do anything to about it. Well it's going to change some what now. Let me descripe my great idea. It's a anime music video never seen before. It has this ultimate idea from my small brains. I am going to base it in Evangelion cause 1. It fits so well in it and 2. It haven't been done already. I tried to search similarities from data base and at least two videos contained a songs from the band I am going to use. So It's positive to see that these songs haven't been used much here already. But how does I can do something new for NGE AMVs when everything has been already done? Well It's my own secred and I suggest to watch it if you want to know about it. It contains character profiles and it borrows things a lot from it as it is NGE and not NGE video material for some odd story. I hope that people will start thinking about their videos a little before uploading them. I also did it for the memory of... or I think I should leave that part off at least for a while as it doesn't belong here. But the music I am going to use relates a heavily into it and It's a mix of our both views.

    Anyway if I am going to get it ready in next couple days I am sure that you there who is reading this won't be let down by me. I know that there much be at least millions of people here who wish to have their video reviewed by somebody, but all I can hope is just that somebody acctually will watch my video and writes something about it for me.

    I am trying to create another Doom3 video by the way. I have now more RAM and little bit better video card. :] So If you liked the first one then you can wait for a follower. If you want to hear the song then just listen Hatebreed - LastBreath....

    But the NGE related music I will leave as suprice. 
  • Anime, Music and Small Videos 2005-02-07 07:23:08 Well, this is my first journal entry. What should I say? Well, I am a 17 years old student from Lahti, Finland and I love anime and music enought to start making music videos. I have downloaded lots of videos from here and now keeped little pause. I entered my self here because I made a small video for my own fun. It was based on my school friends band song. This band "Valkyria" has made two songs. I was not allowed to use full song, but I made 1min long video of it and Serial Experiements of Lain, because it fit it so well.     I know that video has it's technical limits, because it has been made with M$ Movie Maker 2.
    I hope I can buy adobe premier in future. Or some other program like that.

    I have lots of good ideas about where to make music video. at this moment I am planning Noir video with Sentenced-Killing Me Killing You. It has just fucking beautiful piano theme combined with hard rock. And there is a episode in Noir that includes a similar story to Sentenced orginal music video. I have also idea about Kenshin video with Korn in it, but it is stypid idea.

    well I listen heavy music. but I listen also lots of other styles like Classical music and all sorts of Rock. My Faforite artist is Front Line Assembly, but their songs are really hard to convert into music videos because it is so different kind of music from other artists. I could make a video with FLA song in it. But I doupt if it is good. You can listen FLA songs and determine that by your selfs.

    Well I think that's all for today. I'll update my journal and thought when I fell that is ok to do. And one more thing (jackie chan's uncle from jackie's adventures. :) ) I am really, I mean really lazy man. So don't expect anything from me. :D
