OK, I've been a while, but I may start soon in a month or so, who knows?
It's in List form (so ignore the tense)
1. I have watched your video a minimum of 10 times (over a period of time) before rating it. This is done to ensure that I have payed careful attention to your video and not just made a review on a whim.
2. I have rated your video based on technical aspects, but more importantly I am rating it on the emotions it produces. Art should produce a feeling and so the videos which create a strong feeling (of any type of emotion) will be considered well done regardless of a few mistakes on the technical side.
3. I always include ways to improve the video, unless I don't think it's humanly possible to do this. These are just suggestions. I write them for your benefit, and I hope they help.
4. If you want to question my comments or reviews please do so, but understand that I have not been rash in my decisions.
5. I am only rating videos that are good or better. I have to be able to watch them 10 times and so I like your video. Therefore my rating scale may seem a bit harsh. 5 will be average, 10 only the very best, 1 below average but still has something that keeps the viewer watching.
I will refine this in time and add more. -
Better Start doing some Reviews

Since I'm in college and don't have much time for making videos, I'm going to do so reviews. I'll have to form a system and start somewhere. I think I'll only do reviews of videos I deem decent, because the really poor videos are obviously in need of many improvements.
I'll explain more when I think of more precisely what I mean in such a way that can be written clearly (I already have a good idea trust me).
