JOURNAL: Eek-1 (Ikhwan )

  • Somebody just spoilt Heroes ep. You shoulda put a spoiler warning there 2007-11-20 14:07:17 I found a way to get Lagarith installed on Win64.

The important thing is, once finished downloading Lagarith codec (v1.3.14) for Windows64, the compressed files must be extracted into C: or the root drive of which %systemroot% is located. So the files would all be in C:lagarith*. After that is just simply clicking on the install.bat.

    This worked on my Win2003x64.

Eh, didn't notice it's 3am already so I'm off to bed. Shigoto tomorrow.
  • Getting Premiere 6.5 to install on Windows 64-bit... 2007-11-20 11:09:56 ...is to setup on a Windows 32-bit. After that, copy the Premiere folder and its Common Files into the 64-bit Windows. Also the most required registration entries in HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareAdobe and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREAdobe have to be copied.

There are other reg entries inside classes, installer, etc. but I didn't bother since Premiere seems to be able to run just fine without those.

I know this is sort of retarded and might have violated the EULA but I'd rather do this than spending hundreds for newer version and then have to learn using it.
  • My eyes are making me confused... 2007-11-18 23:36:30 http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/story/0,21985,22556281-661,00.html

Staring the silhoutte denotes that she's spinning in clockwise.
But the shadow hints that she's going opposite.

Anyway she's got nice curves :E
  • PSTwo and a half years old 2007-11-15 13:54:09 I bought a secondhand PS2 slim and then sent to a friend to mod it with a Crystal chip SE. Total cost is the same as a brand new PS2 silver.

Although I feel quite outdated for owning this 7 year old videogame system just recently, I'm glad for I was able to afford it. God of War 2 and God Hand are awesome!
  • 2007-11-15 13:31:49 Haven't got the time to try install Premiere yet. I lost the disc somewhere in the store room. While at work, I spent most of the week at my company's office writing webapps than going outstation, since my project with Carrefour is over halfway done. Tomorrow my matey will be going to Dubai to customize the company's MS-Access product at a client there.

I learnt a thing here; Being a web-programmer such as myself doesn't have much opportunity to travel far or overseas than being a MS-Office/VB.NET programmer and implementer. Because web-programming is easier to learn. The availability of sources in the WWW can guide anyone having a bit of computing knowledge to create a webpage. So support from pros isn't always required. Standalone app programmers, especially people owning expensive MS certs are helluva higher valued than a uni common deegree.
