Sakura-Con 2008

Seems that my AMV passed the gauntlet of judging and will be presented in the final contest @ Sakura-Con again this year.
This will be the 4th year that I have been in this contest, and as usual, my video will premiere there as well. All 4 videos that I have made have premiered at Sakura-Con. This year is special because I will be defending my title in Action, since last year I won that category with Knights of Fate. I will be entering my video in other cons around the country, so be on the outlook for that!

A lot to say I guess.
I did infact make an AMV this year and today is actually the deadline for Sakura-Con's AMV contest. The video was made successfully and I am actually uploading it right now.
Like I predicted, it is about 5 minutes and has a lot of action. My computer repeatedly ran out of memory (has 4 GB) when I was rendering some ridiculously involved scenes. Regardless, I'm happy with the outcome and I do expect to make the cut (as I have every year).
I've hear Drama this year is especially bad, (Vlad has entered) since there are supposedly a couple of tear jerker videos. No word on Action (that's my category), so we'll see what happens. -
Well into new Project

Well, got a considerably shorter project for this year's AMV lineup... (still trying to work on several this year) since this next one contains only about 5 minutes of music/footage. For me, this is shorter than last year's 6:30/6:10 project.
Even though it is short, it will be full of action, even more so than last year's Knights of Fate.

Saying good bye to my old PC rig. It has served me well, with 3 AMVs under it's belt.
Hopefully my new PC will carry on the Award Winning AMV tradition.
