  • New Computer GET! 2012-12-02 03:58:18 Got my early Christmas present from my older sister today, it was a new computer, so needless to say, once I get all my programs installed, I'll be doing a TON of editing

    Specs for new computer are:
    CPU: intel quad core 2.4GHz
    RAM: 4GB DDR2
    GPU: 1GB nvidia GeForce GTS 250
    Hard Drive: 750GB Seagate Barracuda x2

    (And for those of you who may think this isn't much, compared to my previous setup, it is)

    This thing is pure SEX, and I LOVE IT! 
  • Blargh! 2012-11-16 23:03:16 I need better beta testers -_- and by better, I mean beta testers who actually offer constructive criticism instead of just saying the video looks fine without even watching it.

    In light of this, if anyone's actually interested in the idea of beta testing my latest video PM me. 
  • Beta testing and feelin semi-famous 2012-11-15 03:41:33 I finally finished the first draft of my Anime Conji AMV, now comes the process of sending it off to my beta testers and hoe they can help me make the video better, I've noticed that as of late, my AMV making process has greatly changed, before I'd simply make an AMV, then render it and throw it on Youtube or the Org, and be done with it, now it feels as though I'm taking the whole thing a bit more serious, (which is a good thing I think)

    On a mostly related note though, I decided to enter my "Finishline" AMV into the Anime Crossroads 2012 MV Contest, yes I'm well aware I already entered my "Corrupted Wish" AMV into the same contest, but I figured I'd go for it and throw in another entry and see how things go.

    In other editing news for me, I'm gonna be doing another collaboration with my friend Greg (Kimora79) and with luck, we'll have something upload worthy in a few weeks or so.

    Lastly, I know that I've been saying that I'm going to try making a new blog entry every week, but I've been so busy with other things (editing, my recent Guild Wars addiction, and other aspects of being a nerd that inhibit my making blog entries) but now that (at least) one thing is off of my to do list (sort of) I'm hoping to get a little bit of time to update my blog.
     
  • Editing... Always editing! 2012-11-10 00:53:06 So, I'm nearly done with the first draft of my AMV for the Anime Conji AMV contest, I should have it done in a few days, then I'll be sending it out to my beta testers, then I get the joy of going over the feedback and re-editing the video, but if I want to win this thing, I have to keep at it. And I have EVERY intention of winning.

    Also, my most recent video Corrupted Wish has recently hit over 200 views on YouTube, seeing this makes me darn near giddy, (Yes, over 200 views may not be anything to sneeze at for most people, but for me, it is) I'm used to getting maybe at most like 40 or 50 views tops, so to see it getting over 200 is amazing in my opinion, so to whoever watched the video via YouTube, I want to say "thank you" you've made this editor a happy penguin.
