Yeah! Yesterday at work I wrote about getting the new anime DVDs, and suddenly, when I got home there was a packet waiting for me!
Princess Mononoke, Visions of Escafowne: The movie, the complete Now and Then, Here and There collection and of course, the End of Evangelion!
So that's pretty much of new source footage :), I already ripped EoE yesterday, and I'm reading AbsoluteDestiny's & Ermac's guide to all things video today at work so I will get the best out of my DVDs.
So now my NGE DVD series is complete, and I already story-board the redux of my first Eva video. It will be completely different, but cause I use the same song for it (which fits just perfectly to Evangelion), I will basically count it as a re-do...
All I can say about Escaflowne the movie (the only DVD I watched so far) is it absolutly rocks!

Review and the End of Evangelion

OK. I swear today when I get back home from stupid work, I will respond to Hitori's really long review for my Eva video... it (the video) didn't do very well, maybe because I used a lame fansub as source...
But hey, I hope that my ordered Anime arrive this week! With End of Evangelion in the box, my NGE DVD collection would be complete. And then the reign can begin... hehe.
I play to completely re-do the Eva video (probably titled: Project Eva - Babylon Redux) with footage from the whole Eva series + EoE + DVD quality.
I'm planning for the vid right now, and as soon as I get the last DVD, I can start story-boarding the whole thing. - NGE Video hosting 2002-10-21 06:12:16 Well... I had some problems with the hosting for my latest video, entitled "Cruel Angel / Human". I uploaded the 46MB MPEG-1 file to a server of some friends of me, but in about 5 days the video caused 8GB traffic on the server, so I took it down for a while. I have already re-encoded the video, so now it's a ~20MB .wmv file. I know that this format sucks, but it is the best I can do, for I really need smaller files ^^
