JOURNAL: Aynslesa (N M)

  • Maybe it's time I made use of this thing again... 2005-09-06 23:08:47 Hello! Not that any of you probably know/care who I am. I decided I needed this journal for my sanity.

So I stared a new video today. What I call an 'Iron Chef' video - basically, I take footage, I take song, and I hope to god a video comes from them. My victim - Lunar: Silver Star Story and Eternal Blue. Together, the two should give enough footage to make a good video. Focus on Alex and Luna, focus on Lucia and Hiro. Get it? Got it? Good.

    Only...

I ripped the footage from the games...

And the image sizes don't match. >.< Issue #1: Adobe Premiere won't let me adjust the image size of a video clip to match other video clips. So I had to scrap the Lunar 2 footage - I haven't finished the game and was only useing the clips that I had seen so far. Now I'm down to only Lunar 1 footage.

And the song of the day is Mariah Carey's version of 'Without You'.

Hoo boy. This could take some work. I'll keep people posted on the progress via here. And if anyone who happens to read this works with Premiere Pro and knows how to fix image sizes, e-mail at aynsesa@aol.com and help me out. ; ; It would be appreciated.
  • Spur of the moment... 2003-09-01 02:09:41 Okay, okay, okay. Gah, I just can't keep up, can I? ^_^;;; The last entry was four months ago, almost to the day? Man...I'm bad, aren't I?

Well, I completed my 31st video today - another Gundam Wing vid, this one completely to Endless Waltz and set to the music of yet another Backstreet Boys song. It was a video just itching to be made.

On the downside of things, I recently purchased a new video editing system, Pinnacle Studio Version 8, that unfortunately does absolutely nothing for me. It doesn't like my footage, it doesn't like my song files, and it's way too annoying to use. Looks like I'm back to Windows Movie Maker until I can get my hands on Adobe Premiere.

And on the upside, I scored DVDs for Ayashi no Ceres, X, and Project Arms on my trip down south last week, so I'm another step closer to starting my major video project that I've been planning for quite some time now. ^_^ Here's hoping I get the editor that can help me make it.

  • Wow...I forgot I had this... 2003-04-30 19:38:51 ^_^;;; I really did. Well, since I'm starting a new video today, I suppose today is as good as ever to start marking my progress once more. Hmm, let's see...I'm getting ready to start a new Rurouni Kenshin video, which will also be the first video that I do to an instrumental. I REALLY hope I don't mess it up!
  • The Biggest Headache Ever... 2002-09-10 19:04:24 ... is finally compelte! "Their Answer" is cut, finished, and available for download! For the record, this thing was the reason I stopped doing journal entries - I realized that if I kept updating on its progress, it would NEVER get finished. It also didn't help that I kept making other vidoes while working on this one -_-* But it's finished, and that makes me happy. That makes me very, very happy.

Now, if I could just find enough Fushigi Yuugi clips (not to mention Megami Kohousei), I can get some of these other ideas on the board. :: sniffles :: I can't find enough Megami Kohousei! :: sniffles ::
  • HURRAY! 2002-07-26 14:09:57 Hurray for finding the right clips! I hit a jackpot with footage the other day and was able to complete my "Reflection" monstrosity (okay, so it's not that bad but - there needs to be more Toji Suzuhara clips out in the world, people!). Now I don't have to deal with it anymore! Although, it did turn out rather nicely...if I do say so myself.
Note to self: Animemusicvideos.org has many quirks when it comes to entering a new video - stick with the basics and don't try to do anything fancy with linking or anything.
