So...Anime North Talk and March break woes

Alright finally an actual post:
So, this year at Anime North: Landon, Thomas, Jess and myself are all going as the "Anime North Toga"! We figure it won't be that hard to make and it'll be really cool because we won't talk thoughout the entire convention except for outside we're going to make as much noise as we can and then be completely quiet inside. We also plan to stalk Sugar from YTV silently but in plain sight and hopefully creep her out. Or at least I will :P. I'd find it funny if at the maskarade we went up and did like, the YMCA or something like that, but, after last year when "Mickey Mouse on Crack" announced it, it scarred me for life. I'm sure you're a nice person "Mickey Mouse on Crack." and I slightly feel bad for not taking you seriously, but, when you announce that you're the japanese pronouncer, who can't pronounce crap, ruin all the jokes and have a high voice to boot, we can't help but diss you up. Sorry, it's mean, but that's the way it is.
I have a question to all of you: Is there such thing as the divine spirit of Pockey?
I wasn't sure at first myself, but, I now have proof that it exists and follows me around. How do I know this? Read on.
Okay, so, there we are: Thomas Landon and I. The end of anime north 2004 on friday. We're happy, tired and partying like it's the end of the world and just about to leave when we realize that we ALL could go for some Pockey at that moment. I think that Thomas was the one that said it and we all nodded in agreement. I've never been so thankfull for my ADD in my life, for, as my eyes started to wander, there it was. Unguarded and forgoten, behind me was: A FULL LARGE BOX OF CHOCOLATE POCKEY!
Grinning like a goof, I gave my friends a look and said in a really weird voice.
"Speaking of which." and staired until they saw it too. Quickly looking about to see if whoever left it would return we gurarded our not yet claimed treasure. When it seemed that nobody was going to claim ths chocolate trove, we grabbed it and bolted. Free Pockey! At Anime North! How sweet is that?!

Now, it's about 10:26 PM on a Saturday. I have a project due Monday that my partner is never around for and I can't seem to get people in a food court to answer a few questions. So, it looks like I may fail this project...which would suck majorly.
I didn't get much of a chance to even DO anything this break, however Fausus rehersal is Monday too and Jess is back and I'm going to hug the crap outta her or at least tell her I missed her and ask her how her trip was.
I've also gotta finish reading Anthem. Not too hard to do though considering it's only like, what, 100 pages and in REALLY small font. Okay so that's my journal entry for today. I hope some people take the time to read my long writing. Until next time! -

Okay so here's my biography:
My name is Shane. (I'm not going to release my last name because of internet security reasons. It's a sad world we live in I know. I guy can't put his last name on the internet without something happening).
I like Anime. I think that can be said for most people on this site. I also like pie, especially Apple Cinamon and Lemon. Mirors in dark rooms freak me out. Same thing with the guy from Rodger Rabbit.
I like the bands: Enigma, M.Manson, Crowded Icebox (Jon's band...come on, I've gotta give them some publicity), David Bowie, Phil Collins, Ayumi Hamasaki, X-Japan and Miyavi. Gact has great songs too but he can't sing, sorry to all you Gact fans, but he can't. Ska and Achapella music is great too and I've found a new love for '80s music. Mainly just Toto. African music rules too. If you've never heard ANY African music, go out and listen to some. They're great to sing along to.
I'm a vocal major at my highschool in Ontairio. At the moment I'm in Grade 11. I'm 16 years old and don't plan to get my drivers license just yet. I don't mind takeing the bus and if you knew me, you wouldn't want me on the road either ^_^. I plan on being a doctor but at the moment am happy with my summer job. It gets the manga on the shelf. Other than the anime listed on my top 10 I also enjoy Cowboy Bebop, X and Angelic Layer.
I beleive:
-One Peice should burn and that Daisuke from Digimon Season 2 should suffer a fate worse than death along with the people that scripted the whole English version of Digimon.
-Everyone should pay a tribute to hide from X-Japan on his day of death.
-In God (in my own way)
-Yamato from DNAngel and Daisuke from DNAngel are something close to God
-Kenji Saga from DNAngel is a mixture of Master Roshi and Ed from FMA and he doesn't get enough credit
-Wiz is the animal God
-In a thing called love
-True love is possible
-Life is preasiouse
-People are too busy and don't take time to look at the finer things in life
-Everyone should play Kingdom Hearts while listning to Enigma and watch Haibane Renmei at least once in their life (okay, maybe not but I make all my friends do it and not many of them have complained yet ^_^)

About Door of Darkness:
So, my friend Landon just finished getting a DVD burner. The first thing that went through our heads was, AMV's! Finally all of our ideas would come into being and there would be much rejoycing at Anime North. We'd be able to entertain and make complete fools of ourselves through the internet and Anime North for all to see.
I began to make a really fast weird AMV (well, not a real AMV) using random clips I had on my computer and Windows Movie maker. It took me about 30 minutes to make and really didn't suck that much, but wasn't good enough. This weekend I'm going over to Landons with Haibane, Escaflowne: The Movie and Sai Kano and our first AMV will be made.
Our plan is to make a bunch of them and get your guys and our friends oppinions on them and bring the best one to Anime North. Although we know that NOTHING can beat the Seasurific one from Anime North 2004, we can always try.
A special feature in all of our AMVs will be either a picture of Ansem, Landon or I somewhere in our AMV. If not, at the end there will at least be some sort of joke about darkness or something funny. We've learnt from many the AMV's that this meathod works really well at the end of AMV's so that people remember them.
Okay, so now that you know about D.O.D on to my personal section of the diary. -
All right! Door of Darkness Debut and my first journal post.

Yo all to everybody that's actually reading this! I am Shane of Door of Darkness. It orriginated as Former Cheese Productions but Landon didn't like that name so we changed it to Door of Darkness based on the inside joke that we have about Kingdom Hearts and the Ansem speaches.
I know you may be asking why I changed it based on what he had to say but in case you're new to the scene, Landon's the one with the DVD burner, so I'd tend to agree with him on that subject. Besides, I like the name, don't you?
Because of this, though my name is Shane, my codename (sice age 8) is 77778 and more currently dark77778. My name on all AMV's made will be Former Cheese. Why? I don't know, I just want to.
So, a little about myself. I like to talk...talking is fun. I'm kinda more weird and talkative/typeative than usually because this is the first entry and I just drank a whole 2L bottle of coke. Yeah, I know it's horrible for my insides but you know, people are alcoholics, and that leads to drunk driving, so buckle up for safety. ((There, that's how to change a topic Shane)).
((Oooh! The DNAngel theme is playing in the background. Cool! I want to see the anime, but right now I'm happy with the manga.))
