This video is about Nataku's friendship with Goku and Goku's subsequent bonding with Konzen. Without Nataku, Goku wouldn't have asked to be given a name as early as he did... without Nataku, Goku wouldn't have had any friends his age to play with.
The sad thing is, he loses both Nataku AND Konzen, thus the "it's all the same" when Konzen appears at the end.
