I second what Judge said. You can also get a blonde wig and dye it the right color using rubbing alcohol and sharpie markers. (Huzzah for the wig panel at a con.) If nothing else, it will be there for future costumes, and you won't damage your hair with all that dyeing.
On a side note, my cosplay this weekend will be Tsukikage Chigusa from Glass Mask. Next one will be Izumi Curtis. >.> Halloween costume is Miss Frizzle from the Magic School Bus (still looking for wigs for that one). -
