  • 2006-10-18 02:57:18 It's been SO LONG since i've actually been able to write anything *sighs* The amount of assignments and projects that i have...makes me want to watch an AMV that has Evans Blue "Cold (but I'm still here) song or Fuel's "Million Miles"....Grrrrrrr.........i just downloaded this AMV, the anime used was FFVII and the animation and the background music used, man, it fit to a T. Like, i couldn't find another AMV, with the same music, better than THAT one. I mean, there were other AMVs using that same song, but it didn't have the same effect as the first one. ^^;

    There is this one song that i would to see someone make an AMV with, it's a chinese song....well, more like putonghua, but it's still good. It's sung by S.H.E and it was used in a TV series on ATV....don't remember what the name of the series is called, but the melody and the lyrics were great.....too bad that when i write in chinese the computer messe it up *shakes fist at the computer* Anyways, enough venting on the computer, it's not his fault = = Other than that song, i was wondering if anyone would make an AMV with the anime Saiyuki and the first ending song from Gundam SEED Destiny....that would be quite cool ^^

    Some people need inspiration for an AMV...i need some for a fanfic ^^; I seriously don't know what to write next for my story, it's so frustrating !!! It's like, you know what you want to happen, except you have no idea how to write it out. I'm always stuck, especially for fight scenes, when you watch animes, TV series or movies that have fight scenes, everything's moving SO DARN fast. And that's how you see it in your mind's eye......and then, when you write it out, you wonder if other people will be able to see what you see, and you wonder if what you wrote makes any sense. *sigh* yare yare..... And on top of that, I have five to six unfinished works that i have either forgotten about, or i just don't feel that need to write anything, to continue the story that i started. yare yare.........
  • Fields of Hope 2006-08-10 21:16:31 Yare yare desu ne...............

    After i heard this song sung by Lacus Clyne in Gundam SEED Destiny, I have wanted to see an AMV done using this song. Like, i read the lyrics and the rough translation of the song, my first impression of it, is that it has a deep meaning to it, it borders on sadness, pain, happiness, death and love (who can forget to add that in ^^;). Anyways, and i thought that it would be great to create an AMV based on it. I mean, I have absolutely NO idea how to even start making a music video....let alone an animated one^^;....pretty lame, but at least i have the right of mind to admit that i have absolutely no clue how to get around doing this^^;

    Death, destruction, sadness, peace.....those are all the things that pop into your head when you hear this song....and when you find out where it came from^^;,...this might sound very cheesy, but it was touching. I think that the anime that would suit this song in an AMV (other than Gundam SEED) would be Fruits Basket or Saiyuki or any anime for that matter ^^ For Fruits Basket, it could show the emptiness that the Zodiac members feel, how Tohru is sort of like their hope, showing them into a world where they don't have to be afraid or close themselves off because others would reject them. That there is a silver lining, if you look hard enough for it. In a way, it is sort of what the song talks about, the inner battle for peace...within oneself and for those that surround you. The fact that Yuki, Kyo, Kagura, Hatsuharu, Kisa, Hiro, Momiji, Shigure, Ayame and Hatori are constantly under the watchful eyes of Akito....they're traped within their own worlds, not daring to open up. And that makes the story even more interesting, cause you see the change in everyone after they meet Tohru.

    Saiyuki............um........let me think.................well, firts of all, all four guys are fighthing for something that they don't believe in. They fight their way to Shangri-La, to prevent the resurrection of Gyuomou...but is there anything else??? I mean, they go through a lot to stay together throughout the entire journey and the constant fight for survival is always lurking around the corner....i mean, it's always a fight. They don't get any peace and in between, they don't really have anything to look forward to....or do they?????
  • 第一....First 2006-08-09 23:42:33 Wuah, I don't really know what's been giong on, but i'm hooked. More often than not on a specific anime^^ Anyways, recently i've rediscovered Gensomaden Saiyuki, i read one of the mangas and it was pretty cool.

    Although i prefer the true story of "Journey to the West", it just shows the changes that can be done to make the story different, yet keep most of the original plot within the story. A lot of the things were mordernized, with the Jeep, Sanzo's Smith & Wesson, Hakuryu and whole lot of other factors that were altered to fit into the new story. But then again, if the creators didn't do that, then Saiyuki would be the same as the original "A Journey to the West" manga. Where all four characters would be the way they were supposed to be.

    But all in all, it's cool. I mean, a trigger happy monk, a bottomless pit Monkey King, and the roles of the water demon and the pig reversed......it was pretty creative......

    At least that's what i think ^_^
