actually, i went to webMD to help my friend see if he had the flu or stomach virus but he didn't.

Sleep needs remain just as vital to health and well-being for teenagers as when they were younger. It turns out that many teenagers over 15 actually need more sleep than in previous years. Now, however, social pressures conspire against getting the proper amount and quality of sleep.
Teens are not getting the sleep they once did, and many have difficulty falling asleep and frequently wake up at night. This is not normal, and all this is taking a toll. Sleep deprivation is associated with mood changes and behavioral problems, including conduct disorders and inattention.
One study of U.S. high school students found that 13% were chronically sleep-deprived. Other international studies confirm the global nature of this problem. Not getting enough sleep and not sleeping well is not OK.
This is actually true, I was a very patient person when it came to everything but after a week for not getting an enough
(only about 32 hours of sleep the whole school week)
sleep by patient was cut very thin and i was easily angered and upsetted, and this started to show as I downsprialed in school

If anyone wants a lesson its to sleep as much as you can, you can serious health issue if you dont. I have spent tomorrow sleeping or trying too. My problems are minior to some of my friends who have insommnia. I try to go to bed at 9:45 but I dont get to sleep till 10:30. Then I get up at 5. Its even worest on school vacation for an odd reason. On school vakas I just wake up for no apparent reason around the early morning, then cant get back to sleep for another hour! If you haven't been sleeping well for atleast a week and start having stomach or abs' pain, minior or not. Like it hurts to laugh, get up by croching your stomach in then get some sleep when you can, It'll halp. Thats all I did this afternoon right after school, I went to bed and when I woke around 7, I went to sleep at 3:45.
The pain had lessen alot by sleeping for 4 hours! ^_^ -

Well atleast tomorrow friday! *falls to her knees* thank god!! *throws hands in the air* *big yawn* man, I'm soo tired, I get to bed at 10:25 and wake up at 5 a.m......
I hope I can do everything tomorrow, I spent all day trying to finish my paper! but I have Algebra 1 MCAS questions! Lit, questions and read 43 pages in 'Night', finish drawling the knight from S.S., and knowing my luck Sci hmwrk. I prey I can finish the math in the morning when I get to school which is 6:51 and have it done by 7:43. Its should only take like 15 minutes tops! its box and wriskers form crying out loud!! then I can and answer Lit in study!, lit is 7th period for me! mwahhaha! The night I can drawl in study hall aswell, S.S. is 6th study is 5th.
Im such a lzy bitch right, I bet half of you are thinking that.... lol, I i gotta try to catch up on missed sleep... :P, night ya'all!

did you ever have a friend that seemed to lie about stuff to gain attention? ....jezz, i can't stand it sometimes....something always happened, extrunadary shit! and no i'm talking about lil white lie shit or they have their stories or watever mixed. I mean a bull face lie to your face?
Hurts don't it? *sigh* I need to trottle something! I have to complete a 3 page essasy tomorrow after-noon after school *claps hands together* Whoosaa! *then bits her shirt* and I have the beginning done!!! waaa!!!...but its not all bad, since im a freshmen! i get some slack, double spaced slack! yippy!!!! its like 2 maybe now! but its on medieval art, which IS a hard subject if you don't think about it first......*another bit on shirt* goddamnit but i need to present it to the class so they learn!
anyways that school....lol, I gotta get up at 5 a.m. to take a shower..

A regular sunday night moment down on the farm.......

lol, I just got a kick outta this, but I'm simple and I laugh at many things. My family and I just moved to a house we built up on the base of the mountains, it the same road as all my mother's cousins live on. Well we're right next door to my grandma's to her right. My family owns scottish anguse so my grandfather let have a peice of the pasture for 2 bucks or something maybe it was free.
but anyways I'm rightg off to going to bed when I hear a squeaking noise down stairs, my first impression is its the puppies or the dogs maybe my brother or my sister. But since their not home and my moms up stairs with me the puppies and dogs are the only option left.
I walk into my moms going to ask if she heard the sound we I see she has her bed pointing out of her window and looking as my grandfather flashes around a flashlight with light a 200 watt bulb in it.
Hawking, our ADHD jack russel; see this is why you dont inbreed your dogs! we didn't do it but people in Rhode Idland did. Barking and growling like crazey almost as there were a creature wondernig right next to his coupe.
Then we heard Paco and Rosie our two chauiauiahs bark. I ask my moms whats going on and she goes
"Coa-dogs out again, over in the old corn feild(which doesnt belong to us) or on the moutain trail(which does belong to us or atelast part of it)."
my mom: Get back inside (directing towards my grandfather)
(Stella, my aunt who lives w/ my grandparents. Her windows face our house in a 45 to 75 degree angle.)
Stella: Whats going on
Mom: Coa-dogs are out! Hawks growling badly they must be close
Stella: really
MOm: yea even the rats(rosie and Paco and no my mom loves our dogs Stella the one who calls them rats) barked!
Stella: Are they gone?
MOm: yea
while I stand there and watch take on with great amusment, because It sounded like they were having a regular conversation.
If any of you know the show Golden girls. Remember when Rose went back to Minnasoda to go back home. Rose commented on how she wished she could tell someone something and Dorthony why dont you. Sudden Rose smiles and go not a bad idea. She calls out this person name, and they answer back! That little scene justed rolled threw my mind the entire time..........I know i know, your all like WTF that anit' funny, But like I said beforte I find the simplest things to get amused about.....
