HA, as if! If they're still thinking this they truly have a long way to go! I had to give up on countless number of programs because of Vista's incompatibility, and now they plan to force another garbage OS down everyone's throats... Had it not been that it was a laptop, I wouldn't be using Vista right now =/

Magical Battle Arena---
Fun game of magical girls battling it out battle royal style. I got it a while ago but kinda stopped playing it since I kept losing =/. Fate is a hard character to use -.- New patch coming this xmas will bring Hayate and Vita they say... not sure if I'd play it for that - but if it was Signum I'd totally get back into it =D, guess I'll just have to wait until they get to her. -

long weekend was spent editing, now my head hurts a bit ><
well at least better than last Thanksgiving, where my housemates and I (well, really just my roommates, but my fault for not coming back early to do things right) destroyed the turkey =D. Unintentionally of course. Ah hell, I feel like writing something, might as well write about last Thanksgiving - much more interesting than this one, but more of a disaster story. -Flashback- So I get back to the residence after studying with some friends, and I notice there's a turkey in the oven. I think "sweet, I didn't even know we'd have turkey". So we just hang around and do our own stuff until the time comes to take out the turkey. The thing is that I didn't know what happened before they put it into the oven. Once we took it out, the story unfolded for me o.o . First, they forgot to defrost it... so the stuffing couldn't be put in since they couldn't cut it. So then they had thought it would be smart to put the stuffing on top of the turkey... Just to let you know, when we took it out, there was a lot of black stuff on top =). But wait, the turkey wasn't cut open beforehand right? That's right, when they opened up the turkey, all the organs fell out, not too pretty of a sight. To make matters worse, it the turkey wasn't cooked completely yet, its just that the stuffing had burnt. Ok, so back in the oven it went. I decided not to eat too much of it afterwards - needless to say the main course was mashed potatoes =/
--This Thanksgiving--
This time just met up with relatives for a gathering, no turkey, just regular dishes. The main action that day was welding a water system for one of my relatives. I didn't really do much, I was pretty inexperienced so I just helped here and there. Well, when we finished the welding all the pipes in place and connected almost everything... we noticed we welded the pipes to the wrong connections =/. So it was completely redone the next day =P

Anyways, stepping away from the real world and into the 2D...
Finished watching all of Code Geass - I gotta say they did a really good job wrapping up the series. They almost made me stop watching near the end because the pacing of the series just wasn't planned very well, but I'm glad I decided to take it to the end and it was well worth it. And (===minor spoiler here===) - Sunrise seemed to like to keep things open for this one, and ppl are debating so much on what happened in the end. Two possible endings thrown around, but honestly I don't think either works because there's stuff shown that kinda debunks both of them. Well, whatever, the series was enjoyable and that's all that matters =) -

and there goes the stock market...
well at least heading downwards =/. They say Canada shouldnt get hit as hard as the States.. hmm looks like we got hit pretty hard today and I'd say the worst is still to come. (and our PM says everything is ok...)
I'll most likely be ok with this co-op job.. finding one next year might be harder...
well enough of that, not going to be too good to worry about it too much anyways, time to cook dinner =P
