  • Very first journal, not that you'll actually read it 2005-11-23 20:34:34 Hey, guess what! No one knows I'm here, so I can say almost anything I want! But I'm not because I have nothing to say, really. So I'll talk about myself for a bit.

    I like to draw and have just learned how to oekaki YAY! I've got a Wacom tablet and I use a combination of Adobe Photoshop 7 and openCanvas 1. I just got Procreate Painter and will have that learned shortly. My backlog of art goes back to a Kiriban from over a year and a half ago (he wanted an action pic, and I can't draw that quite yet) to a dancing fairy by a waterfall requested in September. I've also got two series to finish... the Silvers in Black series and the Shijin no Miko series. Gah, I have too much to draw.

    I enjoy listening to goth rock, metal, new age, and video game. My favorite movie is currently Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (at least until I see Harry Potter >3 ). My fave anime is currently Fushigi Yuugi. My fave book series is the Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan and Harry Potter.

    Which brings me to why I'm here. For years, I've been watching music videos that my friends have collected from all over the net. My computer has always been that hand me down (my first had 2GB of hard disk and a 28.8 modem), so I've never been able to load my own. It did, however, give me quite a variety of vids. So, pretty much, I've seen many good vids and more mediocre vids. Hopefully, I've learned what makes a vid good and one meh.

    My WIP at the moment is between two Advent Children vids... one to Metallica's Battery and the other is to Apocalyptica's In Memoriam. I'd like to get one Fushigi Yuugi to Limp Bizkit's version of Behind Blue Eyes and one for .hack//SIGN to Evanescence's Hello.
