Well I've compressed, compressed and compressed some more to find out what works best and I came up with Xvid CBR at 10000 kb/sec was the best.
The video is still more grainy than I would like it to be, but I think it's a little cleaner than using the 2pass-1pass method. Using that method, I was ending up with mid 30 meg sized files to a 5:30 video. It didn't make sense. I compressed it to a high 80's now. It's higher than I'd like, but I'd rather have it there than mid 30s.
I will upload this video within the next two days. Hopefully today -
Bugs

Okay bugs keep appearing when I further compress the video. First time was that the audio was not synched up to the video at all. Not even in the slightest. I don't know how that happened. The video portion would somehow get sped up in the compression process. I played around with different compression values for the video and come to find out, it was the audio compression that was screwing it up. So I fixed that
Next comes the grainy video. I cant for the life of me figure out how to fix that. So I gave up and decided that I can't do anything about the grain. It doesn't look bad, but it annoys me.
Now I have a purple streak on the right corner of the video which now has to be addressed. What the hell? Will this video ever see the light of day? -

The video is done! Completed! No more work!
Now all I have to do is compress it to a desirable size, but good ol' Virtual Dub is giving me problems. Of course we wouldn't have it any other way right? I mean a program working flawlessly after 3 months of work on a project is just incomprehensible right? Well hopefully I'll figure it out. And soon. -
Touch ups

Touch ups are taking longer than expected. I have trashed a few edits that I have made because they took way too much away from the video.
I am currently replacing clips with better ones and I'm also redoing the beginning. The beginning is the hardest part for some reason, but I may have found something to do.
It's something I don't want to do because it's similar to the beginning in the other, but it's all I can think of. But in the end, it looks 10 times better than it did before
