I think NYU's on to me, I was trying to switch my Faye Valentine video over with my Tribute to Badasses video when they wouldn't let me upload more than 11 MB or so even though technically I should have about 30 MB! Now I'm hoping that I'm just being paranoid and come tomorrow I'll be able to upload about 49MB into my 30 MB allotment. Dammit Dammit!! And I was getting some opinions slowly trickling in on my video. DAMMIT! STUPID STUPID!!
Ah well, tomorrow I'm going to an art gallery with a friend who I've wanted to go out with ever since I met her but she and her boyfriend have been going out since high school. Why is it always that way with me? Sometimes life deals really nice cards, but then you realize there's no way to play them. -

It occurred to me today the possibility that I might be getting more sunlight in my apartment now that the Twin Towers have collapsed. Because I don't seem to remember having this much sunlight.
It seems that Faye from Cowboy Bebop is much more popular than animated text, I've already had 23 downloads for my video in the space of less than 18 hours or so. Already received one opinion, yay! When you have only about six opinions, one more just feels like everything. Though a longer and more involved opinion is even more than that.
Today and last night I spent trying to create cool sound effects for my friend's short film that's going to be shot later this semester. I was trying to make good punches and was punching my bed, rolls of bubble wrap, chairs, laundry bags (with laundry in them) and then I ended up punching my chest and that pretty much made the best sound. Today I was punching the chicken I bought before I cooked it. And I did some cracking of eggs and breaking celery to create bone breaking sound effects, man, sound effects are fun. Right now I'm waiting for the rice to finish cooking so I can eat already. I might go see Zoolander or some other movie tonight before I go see "Mulholland Drive" with some friends. - YAY!!! 2001-10-04 21:57:20 Yay, I got a new opinion (thanks Shivers) and supposedly about 13 downloads on the video that I uploaded. Hmmm, I wonder how much I can push the envelope in terms of uploading stuff to my space. 'Cause if I uploaded another video I'd be well over 200% of my given web space. Though I didn't get any angry NYU email, maybe that's cool.

Well well well looky here. Each NYU student is given 30MB of personal space on NYU's servers so that they can have a web page which seems like a waste since the better percentage is never ever going to use that web space. I bet that most of them don't even realize that they have that web space. Sooo my smallest video is about 33.4 MB hmm. Looks like I'll be 3.4 over, plus the 4.2MB that my crappy website takes up.
Oh, but what's this? I can upload more than 30 MB and nothing has stopped me so far! If NYU doesn't start emailing me nasty letters threatening to take down my space then I guess I'm good to go! So far there's just this small message that shows up on my NYU homepage that says I'm over my quota. But hopefully they won't care enough about that, after all thousands and thousands of students each with 30MB is a lot of space, I doubt that much of it's being used. *crossing fingers*
