  • the long wait is finally over... 2001-11-28 13:47:14 Well I have taken a very nice break from the AMV world while and have been busy doing work for some Asian models on the west coast. If people would like to see go go here...

    I have also been waiting for my new monster of a computer so I can get back to work on AMVs and it has finally arrived! She is so pretty... I need to figure out what her name will be, but I will call her Computer like in Dexter's Lab for now. She sure packs a punch coming in at 87 lbs and still can put on some more weight since I am only using about 1/3 of her bays. I will finally know the joy of Tsunami encoder... realtime mpeg2... DDR memory... DVD-R / CD-RW... 64 bit 8 channel raid card with 4 drives at 320 now... my new cordless optical keyboard / mouse... dual (soon) monitors... breakout box for my video and my sound... a computer on wheels... the nice soft warm hum of my 16 or so odd fans blowing away...

    I'm going to be a very naughty god (line from Blade) 
  • ahhh... guess I should write a new entry 2001-10-30 12:28:37 Hey everyone! Still chilling and lovin being lazy as far as the AMV front goes. I have found some new songs that have sparked my interest, but still waiting on my new computer which should be shipping anyday now. I am getting a nasty itch to make a video this minute, but I know once I get my computer I have to help Jason finish a wedding video for his cousin... hmmm, maybe I should charge him computer time. hahaha

    I was surprised to see RYS finally make a journal entry, but would like to clarify something in his entry. I was pissed at him because he was a lazy bum and didn't clean at all. I was very pleased with the Redkins football game over the weekend...

    anyway, back to work for me! 
  • Anime USA 2001-10-02 11:27:05 I just wanted to remind anyone on the East Coast to attend Anime USA! There will be a number of AMV creators there and we hope since it is a smaller con everyone can get to know each other better. I am looking forward to this more laid back con where I am not on the go all the time and can hangout with the other creators... as far as how hard will we party? hmmm wait for the video! 
  • AWA Bad Boys 2? 2001-09-30 12:51:07 Well after AWA we have plenty of footage to do a Bad Boys 2, but we are debating on the title and will opt for another one. This video won't be as crude and will show off a lot more of the AMV talent. We will also have footage from Animazment and recording at Anime USA thus it will no longer have AWA in the title, but if you were at AWA then you met Buddy Lee and he tore it up and was so the ladies man (Ek gave him some lovin). Anyway I think that leads us to the new title which will be...

  • Fresh start... 2001-09-28 09:19:57 Well I went over to pick up my stuff from my ex-girlfriend's place last night. I was surprised it went so well and we parted friends. It was odd that when I got home I got an email from an ex-girlfriend that I haven't heard from in like over a year.

    Overall I am in pretty good spirits and can't wait to get my new computer. I expect to be very busy after being so lazy last year since I only finished like 3 videos, but I did do 5 trailers for Bandai so I don't feel horrible. This year I plan to go wild and no more classical! I think I will be doing mostly comedy, parody, and romantic videos this year.

    Anyway.... must get to work
