Well the list for the finalist was put up and i well i didn't make it. Didn't think i would but oh well. I might as well as upload the video now I have nothing better to do. I wasn't surpised. I mean it was alright but noghting compared to what the others where. I dont think i deserved that to get in. Maybe ill have better luck some other time.
Oh well i just get a few ops on it to find out what i can do better in amv's. -
slowing down a bit

Well i start my new job at best buy tomarow so editing will be slowing down a bit. I'll most likely be lucky if i can finsih the video for Mr.Oni's contest. When i said that iwas about 1/3 done i was off by a bit. Infact i was only about 1/4 of the way done if that. And now im a little over 1/3...dont actually want to go into the time line and figurea it out. but i know i just passed the 1/3 mark as of yesterday and I hope to be at least 1/2 way done with the video by the end of the week which wont be to hard to reach i dont think. But i am a Little busy. I mean i work form 3 - 9 tomarow and i normaly dont start editing until about noon when i am finaly awake and thne i only get about 10 min in at a time. But im not to worried. I didn't really plan on entering it in the first place. Then again he did say I had till 11:59 p.m. on 8/15 to be finished and have if uploaded. Granted if uploading takes a little longer then that i dont think he will mind to much. Hopefuly. But once again i honestly dont think it will come down to that.
Other then that im still depating wether or not i should send a video to AWA. I dont think it would win anything and if it did it would only win action. But like i said i dont think it will.
Im still no further in SQ's contest then i was when i started Mr. Oni's about 2 weeks ago. I have gotten a few more seconds done but no real progress. I was planning on droping out but id reather win this contest then Mr. Oni's to tell the truth. Ok thats not ture. Id like to win both but i dont think i will. I mean they are ok i guess but nothing compared to what you can go and watch from other creators. Oh well i didn't think i would win when i entered.
Other then that i really have nothing much to say.

Im a little confused at the momment...i just got finished with my normal 20 min in the morning of editing and i looked at the time line. Im at 1 min....meaning im a little under the 1/3 mark. Now normaly i wouldn't question this but....it also normaly takes me close to 3 weeks (if not more) to get this far and ive been editing for 4 days. Because of this..ive come to, two conclusions
either this video is going to blow worse then my last (the trailor one) or im just editing really quick with this one. Ive only used a few effects...nothing big just something to keep with the timing and i dont think ill be using much, if any, more for the rest of the video.
My lip syncing is ok i guess but it could also be a hell of alot better. Then again im just going for comedy...i hope its funny.
I would go into more detail about this video but since it is for Mr. Oni's newest contest (which may go all the way for once lol) I dont want to spoil anything.....plus if it works out the way i plan it to i think it will bring a few laughs. Belive me it isn't what you would expect form the anime im using.
On another note....w00t Otakon is almost here. And my video will be showing there. Most likely not in the actual comp but it will be there. I even found out what tape its on. Amazingly enough it is the first video on tape 6. Also if i remember corectly I think i put the name for the video as Toji Fujawara. Incase anyone (for some reason) sees the video and would like to dl it. Yes i dont know why that would be either but hay why not.
For awa im having second thoughts. I have just conformed i will not be able to go this year so i most likely will not send an amv. If i do it will be the one i just made that i cant up load anywhere (on the org atleast) due to violance. But hay...it was an alright dark?/action video i guess. One of my better videos i would have to say and i like it a little. I still dont think its worthy of any prasie but only because i suck that much. I did have one person say it was good but i dont know...i dont think it is. Meh who cares i just do it for fun. Plus i have a class on video production this fall at school. Maybe that will help me out a little.

I normaly wouldn't enter 2 online contests in a row where each contest requries that you make a new video for each..but for some reason i have decided that Mr. Oni's and SQ's contest are something i just must do. Then again i also think it is to help me realize my goal of making a video for each catogory. SQ's video is a mix of serious/drama and parody/Comedy. I mean come on how serious can you be with the Team Rocket theme song while using Ninja Scroll. Then there is Mr. Oni's Contest where i mean...its just comedy. How can i get anything serious out of a song called "Prision Bitch"
ohh i feel so dirty i need a shower.....*shivers*
im honestly sorry for the pain my video(s) may put you through. Im so sorry.

Well lets see other then the fact that at the momment im lucky if i get 10 secondss done a week...im moving along with my video for SQ's contest witch im sure wont win.....i just needed something to do to get me back into the editing mood...well thats not true i just needed something to let the ideas strat coming again...and as it stands ive got tons....most of them will not even be brought to life....in fact i think ill be lucky if i can get 2 more videos out by the end of the year. Mainly due to the fact that it easyly takes me a good 3 months to make an average length music video.
Other then that my life has sucked for a little less then a week. Well let me explain.....I went to the mall last saterday to get another DDR pad since i destroied my other one after it decided to stop working but anyway....I was unable to get the pad so i picked up two anime dvd's. That was good i was happy with my choice and when i was leaving this lady decided that it would be a great idea to hit her brakes while leavin an exit. I didn't hit mine in time and hit her. Granted there wasn't alot of damage done to hers or mine since i wasn't gong more then 5mph. My parents show up and of corse they where a little pissed but so was I. I was honestly surprised that they didn't well beat the shit out of me for it. Overall this could have been alot worse so im glad for that. The only reason my life has sucked is because i haven't had a car for a while and gettin to work is a bitch.
Other then that my life could pick up if i get the job at Best Buy today...if i do ill gladly go over to my boss as of now and just tell him i quit. Hes just more of a jack ass then i need for how much they pay me... Oh well....god i hope i get this job
