- one last full weekend 2004-04-30 16:32:35 Normaly i get my heavy editing done on the weekend and so far this year almost every weekend has been full. I mean i go to work on Saterdays after school giving me a little less then 2 hours which is normaly full of well alot. Then saterdays i had drama and the like plus more work. Then sundays i have..well dont have to but i do, go over my dads house. Well anyway after this saterday Ill be done with drama except for a awards dinner type thing...and tuesday marks the day im jobless...but that will only be for a little while..and june 1 im out of school for the summer until school starts up. Oh well hopefuly ill get alot done this summer in editing and all.

Ok well its come time to reformat my hard drive. I knew this day would come and i also know the cause..me being stupid. Oh well we all do it sometimes. Ok well it doesn't need to be refromated i just want to start from scratch once again. No I dont know why i just do. Honestly the only reason im going to is because i only have one video project that im doing and one im remaking. Now the refromating will wait till the remake is done but as im still planing my other video...i see no need to wait..I already have all of the files i want to keep backed up or getting ready to get backed up so it wont be a huge set back in any way. Then again the whole reformating thing could wait till well at latest i see June 1. THats only because im remaking a vid for a contest where the dead line is June 1 or something like that. Also i will hopefuly have bought a few up grades in ram/hard drve spac.
well thats enough of my rambling

Ok lets see...as i am now going into production of my Instamental AMV for the Instrammental AMV Project...and honestly i think its turning out half way decent...its going to be harder then i thought but hay why not.
In other news
Lets i have been sitting around contimplating originality and if it is such a big deal...I came to the conclusion that yes it matters but it doesn't make that big of a deal..
An example of this is someone goes and makes a video using *shivers at the thought* Linking Park and DraonBall, Dragonball Z/GT. Yes its a scary thought that anothe crapy video using this combination. But think of it this way. Sapose someone does use those choices yet he/she makes one of the best damn videos out there. Now his/her originality is going to be like 3 or 4 at best yet everything else could be like a 10. In this case I dont really care about originality anymore...no im not going to make a linkinballz video but i do believe that originalty is not a big deal yet should be scored fairly.

After i finished my earlyer entry today i started to think. Should i remake my So Far Away video....at the momment im thinking yes. Although i dont know if i will in the long run...what the hell am i saying yes i will...i guess i was right this will be a year of remakes. then again i hope to use after effects soon but im still fooling around...its a really nice program just very extensive...damn i just realized i have to get my entry form out to otakon...god damn my stupid procrastanation...thats it im going to mail it tomarow...and thats final...now to go play around with my new little toy and to get down to serious plaing....
and since i have nothing to do at the momment ill list my plans not in any kind of order either.
1) Get better with after effects...
2) begin work on my Instamental amv project...amv
3) Mail in registration for otakon (god this will be done tomarow)
4) begin planing on a new video...song choosen..anime still being choosen -

...I have talked to a few people about my videos...nothing much and mostly friends. Now acording to the star average and overall scores ive gotten form others my video that people enjoy the most would be Kenshi's Wasted years...howevere...i have been told out of all my videos the best in some peoples eyes happens to be So far away. Im not complaing but i just think its funny. Oh well thats just me and this is just me being bored and feeling like typing something while i plan my next video.
Oh yeah i finally got around to playing with after effects and damn its really nice but hell i dont see me using it on a video for well a while at least. It took for ever just to play around with the shatter effect.
