Does anyone else get annoyed by the romantic journals around here?
You know the ones I'm talking about. They're the journals with one post that says something like "this is the hapiest day of my lyf! I luv u!!!!!!" and then the next says "u said u luved me.... but u were only lying... plez come bak 2 me..." I mean, what the hell? Journals are pretty public, and most of the people reading them will have no idea what the person is talking about. Just IM the person- or better yet, call them, or talk to them in person, because you clearly have issues to work out.
Even worse are the irritatingly cryptic entries... "i keep lying in bed and thinking about wat u said 2 me... did u really mean it? i guess ill never no... plez... plez... make me a samwich..." -

Oh, yeah. I need to explain myself. x_x'' The video is missed up, yo. It wont let me finish entering the information. Hence why it lists no anime... and no music...
...yeah. >.< Trying to get it deleted, or something. I want to enter Kwisatz video (for the record, Kwisatz is short for Kwisatz Haderach), but I can't. So... dammit. But one way or the other, it'll be up for download by Monday. I mean Tuesday. It'll be up for download Tuesday.

Well. I have resumed work on my Nausicaa video. Yes, that's right. I've resumed work. Even though I said I was done, I'm, picking it up again. Because I am ADDICTED.
But it's more than that- I think I may have found a way to make the fremenization look good. And if that is the case... well, I'm not done. Curses. Cuuuuurses....

When I saved my Kwisatz Haderach video, everything was timed perfectly. I mean, everything. I worked out every little thing. And yet... all of the sudden... EVERYTHING IS BROKEN! @_@' I don't know how, but it seems that certain parts of the video are about half a second off. Maybe a third of a second, it's hard to tell. The dillema here is that I don't know what needs to be adjusted to make it all fit again, and if I change the wrong thing it might get more broken. So it looks like I'll be resuming work on it tonight. It's a pity; I was just about to add it to my profile.
Another thing that needs fixing: the Baron again. Does this come as any surprise? All three of the Baron lines are messed up in one way or the other. The first quote is the right length, but ends with him hanging his mouth open like a yokel instead of talking for the last five syllables. Grrr. I swear it worked before. The next line- where he laughs- the timing is off and he begins lip syncing too soon. The third quote, he seems to begin lip syncing too late! Grumble grumble... why are all of the Baron's lines the hardest? I never get any trouble like this from the Emperor.
Oh, yeah. I forgot that I need to continually insult the worthy of this site in order for people to not think I'm a putz. Well. I was just making up all that stuff about those other editors, of course. I just picked the editors who made AMVs I loved and decided to diss them. But a video I really did think was overrated was More Than Toast's collaborative work, You've Got A Friend. I mean, honestly. How is it that the four excellent editors of More Than Toast came up with that? It's cute, but it just isn't very well done. There is little or no action sync, the timing is sloppy, and it seems like the clips were chosen for the sole purpose of matching the lyrics, even if it threw off the rhythm.
I guess it still deserves that 9.8 in originality, just because its different... for its use of all the non-anime clips. But I give it a mere 6, for sync. Hmph.
