Oh man. The Pro entries are now listed with their creators. Among the videos I called beforehand:

...Ok, so that's not THAT many, but it's still good. I'm beginning to recognize editors' styles. And, unsurprisingly, Sierra Lorna's video was completely unimprssive. Sorry all you Sierra fans...that's for another entry, though.

Finally got done with Pro voting...I actually just watched the second disc for the first time over the past two days <_< As such, I didn't nominate anything...but I still voted for the finalists. I have to say that I was really expecting more for my first Pro contest. There were 44 entries, I was impressed by *maybe* ten of them. Luckily, most of those got into the finals so I was able to give them the vote(s) I felt they deserved.
Overall, pretty good contest...I hope next year I get to see some better entries though, I walked away from this one feeling really 'meh' about pretty much the whole thing.
On the upside, after seeing one of the Pro videos I really, REALLY can't wait for 5 cm. Per Second to get licensed now. Like, I was excited after watching Momentum, and last week Koop told me it'd be available in the U.S. sometime in December.

Updates!

Changed my profile information (finally) and got around to updating my Video Recs again. That should become a much less sporadic thing now that I'm back in school, so for those of you who are regular readers, rejoice!
