  • Driving me MAD! 2003-08-03 11:46:53 I finished all my current AMV projects and I dont really want to start another one with going on holiday soon since I wont be able to get iti finished and will bug me while im on holiday. However, Its driving me insane not having a project to work on!!!!! I enjoy making them so much that I need to make another one... With this in mind I have started encoding vids for my next vid - im not sure if i have the shots i want on my dvds but im sure i can find them from somwhere.

    I have a couple of ideas that im looking to create. One of them is a humour one and the other is a DBZ vid - yes you read correctly a dbz vid and no not LBZ either - actually its not a rock song and the vid i want to create will be based upon the exploration of the relationship between vegeta and trunks. This is gonna take me a while to do since I have alot of other stuff to do first so dont expect this one any time soon. Its more likely that other projects will surface and be completed before this one.

    Im not gonna say much about the humour one yet since im not 100% sure what it will turn out like - hell i dont even know what anime it will use yet but i know what im looking for and as soon as i find the vids to match then i will start working on it.

    Im also on the look out for ops for Mutant Furika, my soultaker amv, plus I have another video still to upload yet - Hand Maid May - The love of May. I dont know when ill get around to doing that one but im sure it wont be long before i uplaod it. 
  • Udont upload + op day 2003-08-01 14:09:13 I have finished the encoding and putting the finishing touches to my amvs and am now in the process of uplaoding them to the .org server. I hope to have them all uploaded by the end of the day and alos hope to get an op of one of them at least... well have to see how it goes.

    Im now look for my next concept and song to work on - Im awaiting another flash of inspiration to strike me so I have no idea when that will be. Also, In two weeks time im off on holiday so will be taking a two week break. I then have another period of two weeks before I start uni again so i dont expect anything ot be ready any time soon. 
  • Video Completed! 2003-07-30 16:23:56 YEY!!! Fianlly, Mutant Furika is finished and completed! I want to re-encode though caus i missed one or two subs but since the subs are at the bottom of the screen under the video, most of them are sut off using simple cropping I just didnt crop at quite the right level - ah well nothing major to worry about.

    Im also working on HMM amv now removing subs. I will upload them soon when they are both complete and will then probably take a break. Unfortunatlly, I dont have long left before I go back to uni so wont be able to release as many vids since I will be studying all the time but im sure i can manage a couple of releases.

    Following two days of doing bugger all i finally finished one - YEY!!! Im so happy!!!

    Will let you know when uploads are done. 
  • Typical... no progress... 2003-07-29 03:49:12 Well....I didnt get a thing done lastnight, I had to reinstall the operating system on my parents PC following on heck of a large system crash which corrupted practically everything in sight and also my brother descied to show up, just what i wanted (I REALLY cant stand him... he annoys me so much.)

    The release date I was hoping for by the end of the month is looking very shakey... plus im trying to work on the soultaker amv and get that done before i go on holiday on 22nd Aug.

    Ah well...Hope i can get some done tonight, lets hope its a little more quiet tonight.

    Last night I had some new ideas for some AMVs: Im looking at making a humerous video and if anyone knows the song Danger High Voltage from electric 6, im sure they will understand what i mean. I dont know if I will go ahead with creation yet - I need to find the right clips first.

    Work In Progress:

    I am currently looking at my latest work and the inclusion of some footage which I consider to be quite bloody, but heym it is a gothic/horror amv so there has to be a little bit in there. Im also reviewing it for the story line. The amv in question is done with the anime Soultaker to Michale Jacksons Ghosts. I expect it to be ready in about 2 weeks.

    AMV3 - Final Stages Before Release:

    AMV3 currently undergoing subtitle removal and will then be uploaded. I hope to get it done by this weekend but that depends on how busy i am and how i feel when i get back from work. AMV3 uses Hand Maid May and is set to Just Like the First time by Steps (A song which was not released). Its quite a fun and warm video exploring the love and relationship between may and kaziya. I still havnt come up with a title yet but Im sure I will have one come release time.

    BIG DESCISION!!! - WHICH ONE???:

    I am going to be attending a con and need to make a descision on which videos i am going to submit. I am allowed to submit up to 3 in rank order but i really cant descided. The basic rules are that the amv must be under 5 mins, must not have short duration effects (strobe etc but they arnt too strict with this one) and must not contain subtitles or excessivley violent scenes.

    Anyway, i need to descided which vids im going to use... if anyone has any ops as to which ones and a rank order... it would really help, pleas PM/Mail me. Im not going to make a descision though until I have released AMV 3 and 4 as i think that these are better than the ones I currently have.

    Well, thats just about all for now. I hope I get chance tonight to work on the soultaker amv - Ill have to wait and see.
