- Eternal Life 2008-07-30 09:41:56 I recently got a used Pentium 4 laptop along with the Argentosoma boxset (found the latter for $10 at Big Lots. Who knew?) Managed to watch the series in a week and enjoyed myself along the way, especially the ending credits with their somewhat cheesy theme song (it reminded me of The Partridge Family in a way. Don't ask).

There are times---like right now---when I hate being connected with my loved ones on a mental plane. Take Mom, for instance: I have been feeling moody and depressed about things, as if I'm going through her mid-life crisis for her. Then again, maybe I'm going overboard with this...Oh, and will the people in my family please stop asking me the same questions over and over again? Maybe I should take it upon myself to make some signs with my responses and hold up the correct one.
"Are you single?"-->"No, happily single."
"How's school/life/work?"-->"Just peachy."
"When are you going to settle down?"-->*insert random statement* -

I. HATE. MOVING. DAY.
Especially when your mother's a pack rat and refuses to part with anything of sentimental value.
End result: my body's aching and I'm mad at the world. Not that the latter's unusual.
