my video making experience

Ok I tried to make a video using 2 vcrs. The problems I ended up having are
1.technical-I could not get the sound to go into the vcr from the playstation and play while I was trying to time the clip.
2.I sat down with a paper and pen and tried to see how many clips I would need to make a video using the song Give a reason. The thought of searching through all those tapes to come up with material scared me.
Ok Time for round 2. I am not an artist and never have been although I always wanted to create something. So I am bidding on a dazzle video creator capture whatsamadoodle. If I can make a video I will feel better about myself and feel like I actually contribute something to the community which gives me so much enjoyment.

I don't live as exciting of a life as most people in here do. My boss asked me to work sunday so there goes my memorial day weekend! Not that I would do much of anything anyway. I wish I had a life like in Love hina or Tenchi excitement everyday. The real world sucks I am just ready to quit only my sense of duty keeps me getting up and going to work. My older brother still cares what goes on in the outside world I don't I gave up on reading the paper along time ago. This september 11th thing was nothing new to me I knew some nut would blow something up soon. I don't really care they could have blown up me and I wouldn't care. Hehe good song just come on while writing this( tracks of melancholy).
No one reads this crap anyway it's all scrunched together.
I would like thank everyone on this site. You guys give me something to do.

Well I'm just frustrated at the lack of places that sell stuff aimed for the Otaku it's just not a big market. I really freakin hate Pandoras cube in college park now. They started putting them chinese rips onto tape. Fansubs are so much better you can at least understand the freakin subtitles. Ive got so much anime I sometimes forget what to do with it. well for example Right now ive got some crap I dont want.
1.Southern cross and 2 of the next ones after that on dvd these episodes of robotech suck!!!! ive decided to just keep the macross saga.
2. Saint tail-Um for little girls I got it to laugh at it just wasn't much there
3. Magic users club Ovas on vhs- This series wouldn't be so bad if it didn't have that freakin crossdressing gay witch in it. Hes not funny hes annoying.
4.SOrcerer on the rocks-This wasnt bad just not rewatchable
5. The very last Gundam 008th team dvd- what a sucky way to end a kick ass series. Appocolypse Gundam.
6.4 volumes of Escaflowne - You can have this crap.
Listening to Tenchi songs ive downloaded. I don't know im bored I called out sick for work today.

If anyone has not seen this series maybe you should give it a chance. I know that alot of people that are just coming off of dragonballz and the stuff on cartoon network aren't usually interested in checking out classic anime. Star blazers dates from 76 ( it was originally called space battleship yamato) The animation in it is done by leiji matsumoto who has his fans and retractors. I Personally think it's his best work. matsumoto obviously can't get over japan losing world war 2. So he picks up this other guys idea about what would happen if you make the pride of the Japanese imperial fleet be resurected and put into space to fight and save the earth. Good Idea and it works but when Claster productions got a hold of this they made something else entirely. First off give it a first class dub which they did. They had to edit it to go on american tv in the 70s but no important parts were removed. They made the focus of the show change from the ship as a whole to being on the people on the ship. They did this so well that watching the original is boring in comparison. when it went on tv I would say it was probably the most intelligent thing on tv. If they were to put it on cartoon network right now it would be the best cartoon on there certainly better than beebop. The basic plot is this. Earth is being attack by Gamilon with radioactive planet bombs and is dying. On distant far away iscandar Starsha has cosmo Dna which can save earth. To reach her she sends plans for a wave motion engine which can warp space. the earth has only one year to live so earth forms the star force and converts the old battleship Yamato to a space battleship called the Argo. Can the star force make it to Iscandar in one year before the earth dies? I love this show and it's plot was ripped off by both Buck rogers and the last season of Babylon 5. Give it a chance sure it's old and cheesy but it's way better than some of the stuff that is coming out now.
