I do not understand.

Well it seems that my concerns about my video where some what heeded, but now instead of having a video unworthy video for the second page it is now on the FIRST page. Considering all the faults that include the divx logo, to letterboxes, why is this video have a 4 out of 10 votes?

The Star System.

Ever since I became a member how each video was scored in the star system was always confusing. For example, I have a video that has the Divx logo and has letterboxing. It is also the third video that I have done, so I think the quality was not that high in regards to the editing. But somehow I got a 3.89 with nine votes. I was thinking that more votes would come in and ether bumps it down or something. But it is still there at 212.
There is also the issue of how the star ratings vs. the opinions. “When words Fail” is my highest overall score at 8.73. But the star average is only a 3. My first video ”Alone in a Crowd” has a higher rating with a 3.31, and it is only six votes lower then the newer one.

Well I finally managed to finish another video. I had not had the time because I was busy in moving since school finished. I do not think I will have time to start another until I get a job. Plus I need a better computer and plug-ins.
But on to the video, this one has a few firsts, the major one it that it is the first one to be done to English lyric since my first video. This is the first video in a while that does not use fading in/out to black. I also was trying out different this with the video. I would lead the song lyrics by a half-second, in doing so I was allowing the audience to guess where I was going next. My only concern is that I think that this series is overdone and I am just helping in that.

A Depressing Nature?

I brought my two newest Anime music videos to show Meredith. She did not really care for Invert the Frequency. I was not surprised at this because the majority of the opinions that I received had a hard time understanding what I was trying to say. But I some what surprised at how she did not like When Words Fail... She said that she was surprised that I managed to a upbeat series such as Azumanga Daioh and make it into something depressing and surreal.
I explained that I wanted mellow happiness more then something depressing. She made a comment on the fact that because my reasoning fro making my AMVs are more serious that it conveys a depressing feeling when compared to the other AMVs that I had brought her. I think that the phrase “depressing nature" was tossed around once or twice.
Oh I also like the look on her face when she sees that I added a personal message for her like “Missing you Meredith” Also becuase she had helped my greatly with new song material.
