- Video Progress 2001-10-18 14:14:30 I've just about finished 1:20 of the beta version for Life is More Than Fighting and it looks pretty good so far. I started using the most emotional character available, Trunks. I tried to show how the androids from Trunks time were destroying his people and how he tried his hardest to overcome them for the sake of his future and of the people still left alive. Im loving how its working out now and the character i may use for the next verse might be Gohan, and i might use some of the footage from when he was grown up in Trunks time. I know that i'll be using some scenes like when he stood up for Dende on Namek, when he saw android 16 destroyed, and some other things that im still planning now. I might put up the beta for download here but the video quality sucks and i dont want to give people too much insight.
- IM BACK! 2001-09-30 19:49:58 After a excrutitingly long wait to get a new modem to replace my older one that died, im finally back and kickin! Much of that time i was offline i spent putting together a beta version of my Waiting on God video. This will be my most dedicated video out of my whole year and 2 months experience. I like what i've got so far so when i get my VCR fixed ill capture the clips and post it. It may take about 2 1/2 weeks to do after i get the card working. For those that keep a small interest about DBZ videos, keep your eye on this one. Im not saying its the best but it wont be a "2hr rush job" by someones standard. :)
- Oh nothing much 2001-09-20 21:10:10 Ive been slacking a little due to the fact that my school has burdened me with making their site. Anyway i have to wait a little while until i can start capturing. When i got the card, something was telling me "you need something to make this work" Something i didnt have. I looked up all the requitements for the best possible picture and the only thing that struck me was a plug in antenna which i DID have when i had a super crappy VCR that i had to hotwire to make work and record. It never occured to me that i would need a video wire. I dont get my paycheck until Friday at the earliest and still will take time to capture stuff. All that money i had and the only thing i need is a piece of plastic and fiber optics to make this work.
- New equipment 2001-09-15 23:18:36 I just got a new capture card courtesy of my mother and its pretty good even though its not the one ive been hearing about. Its a VideoHighway Extreme card with capture capabilities and also a radio attachment so i can record radio. It also comes with the s-video port and ports so i can hook in a camcorder, video game systems, and other audio/video attachements. Hopefully sometime in the future i can find the record button. All that stuff and i cant find the record button! Oh well.

I just got through reading a very interesting, to say the least, post from a canadian. Lets just leave it at that. What got to me was his blatant disregard for the countless numbers of people that had lost people and his response was basically because were canadien and were not a target. Ive always lived by this rule of live and it definitely applies here...

But this is the kind of thing that makes people mad. There was talk of banning said person from Anime Music Videos but after that threat was made, he never opted to put up a response or reason for his actions. I know that he's seen it and i know that someone has e-mailed him about his behavior to those that are in mourning now and dont need ignorant people to be insulting them by saying "were canadiens". It reminds me of a movie that shows how this could turn out if people like said subject are allowed to, excuse my frence, fuck with peoples emotions. The movie was all about how some ignorance led to a war killing many people and eventually bringning the coming of Satan.
The name of that movie was.....
South Park Bigger Longer and Uncut.
You can't watch it and tell me that that wouldnt happen if thse kind of people still were allowed to talk.
