Me: READY FOR WHAT?
Heather: Didn't you hear? This film is supposed to be really sad.
Sindy; Yeah I brought 2 packs of tissues with me.

In the end, both of them cried. Although less than I expected.
To be honest, I didn't think that much about the horse's story and neither did I find it tragically sad as others have but it did get me thinking a bit more about war and how horrific it was back then. It's something I never really thought about considering it happened so long ago but to see it in motion was kinda painful. I winced every time someone was slashed by a sword or the machine guns gunned someone down or when the tanks went BOOM. The sound effects were simply brilliant.
Definitely something worth watching. I really enjoyed it. <3

Me: -hacking away at C code to try and decipher what the lecturer had been coding-
(namely deleting parts and running it to see what it misses out)

Me: -finally figured out how to extract the opcode from the MIPS instruction set coded-
Me: -writes huge switch/case statment for comparing opcodes-
Me: -runs the program-
The program: "Oh hai. Well done for getting this far. As a reward I will spew out what you want to see *prints correct opcode* but because I am HORRIBLE and EVIL and NASTY I will DESTROY your case statement so the important part of the program doesn't work. KEKEKEKEKE."

With having a day off...is that the next day you just cba going in either.
And especially not when you only have a ONE hour class.
And even less so when travelling takes 2 hours.....DOUBLE the length of the class.

YESSSS! WEDNESDAYS OFF!
Even though I have to sit through 5 hours of solid lectures on Tuesday + a tutorial = no lunch time. And also start at the lovely time of 9am on Friday.....but that doesn't matter.
I FINALLY HAVE A DAY OFF! ^o^/
