So I have finally decided to get driving lessons!
(yes I know I'm like a year late considering I could have started last year but w/e - sidenote: in the UK, you can start driving when you're 17.)
And so me and my dad were discussing it in the car on the way to work today.
The conversation kinda went like this:
Me: I'm gonna start learning to drive soon ^^
Dad: Great! About time too.....
Me: (confused) What do you mean "about time too?"
Dad:Well last time I asked you when you were gonna start lessons, you got really mad and huffy and said "NOT ANYTIME SOON OKAY?" and then ignored me for the rest of the journey home.
Me:I did?
Dad:Yes,you did.
(somehow I don't remember this)
Me: But why would I go mad over something like that?
Dad: I dunno, when I asked why you didn't want to drive,you started rambling on about being scared in case you crashed or ran over someone.
(this is somewhat true D: I am really really scared in case I run down someone, I mean you always see it on TV right? Poor old grannys that cross the road so slowly and then accidently get knocked down? D: Also I'm really clumsy too, I mean I can't even go to the kitchen to get a drink without tripping up over a shoe and almost falling flat onto the floor ;__; Plus I can't multitask. And I'm a GIRL. I'd probably end up letting go of the steering wheel while trying to change gears or something, crashing should be a piece of cake for me D:)
Me: Ah
Dad: Well anyway, got your licence yet?
Me: ........(thinking about what he might have been talking about considering how you don't get your driving licence till after you pass the exam and I haven't even started lessons yet....)
Dad: Btw, I meant your provisional. You know you need to apply for one before you can get lessons right?
Me:......OH-SHIT.
Yeah I forgot about it. I even had the company and the instructor I was gonna request for decided already and also I got the forms for it like 2 months ago but never applied because I forgot....and now I can't find them anymore...

You know, I really REALLY hate them D:
I bet they exist solely for the purpose to make my life miserable. Why is it I can't take a nice long shower after a hard day at work without being plagued by a friggin' moth that WONT STOP FLYING AROUND IN THE BATHROOM!???
And then the other day I got woken up at 9am(which is super early because I never get up till at least 11 on holidays xD) by a bee buzzing around my room and was forced to relocate my sleeping headquarters to the living room downstairs.And all because I got up 5 minutes earlier to open the window because it was warm that day.
I ask WHY? WHY ME? D:
The next thing you know it'll be some huge spider wandering around the house..... -

Were all one grade lower than what I estimated D:
Failed Advanced Maths, got a C pass for both Adv.Biology and Computing D: Worst grades I have ever gotten since entering high school.
But instead of feeling miserable, I have this urge to laugh, great, now I think I'm going loopy Dx
