  • Yay paypal :) 2009-02-19 22:01:08 Yay, I finally ordered the first two Trinity Blood manga novels... I've been debating for weeks but decided wtf might as well.
    Hehe, what I'd really like to do is learn to draw better and draw my stories I've written into manga. (Yes I write too.. been writing since I was 11).



    I'm just chillin' doing some picture editing in Photoshop. Sitting on a couple of ideas.

     
  • testing testing... 2009-02-18 09:46:17 Okay, so I have my new video up. It's in the announcement forum if your reading and interested in checking it out.
    I didn't have any beta testers for this one either... mainly cause I want to learn on my own but I'm also a little shy to ask for someone to test it.

    So I was watching the VCA forum last night. Just checking out who everyone is nominating. And I got an idea for a new amv... a category I haven't touched on yet but I have a lot of anime series to catch up on first.

    Since I haven't been a member of the site long, I don't know many of those that are being nominated. But good luck to everyone.

    I'm also working on a very short project for my 8 yr. old daughter. I promised her an amv (serious ooops cause she is so picky). She has a crush on Ed (FMA) but also like Winry so I'm doing a WinryxEd video for her with just some clips; nothing serious. hehe

    Okay, so that's it... for those who see "mchick101" in the journal entries and think 'who the f**k is that?' 
  • Yay, I made something! 2009-02-17 09:19:45 WhooHoo, after staring at my computer for hours trying to start a project, I finally made something. But now the real fun begins, cleaning and compressing.

    Hey I have no clue how AviSynth scripts works but thank god Ive had some knowledge doing html and simple c+ scripting. Yeah it's not the same though.

    Well I'm just sitting at our other household pc while my pc works on Virtualdub Mod.
    Hmm, can't type on this keyboard, sorry if things look weird on here. lol

    I'll have it up as soon as I'm happy with the results (may be never, if I don't figure out AviSynth... why does the footage look paint daubed now?) 
  • Finally, new computer... 2009-02-15 12:48:51 ... and I stare at it and go "duhhhhhhhh now what" lol

    I started some editing projects but can't find an anchor for some reason (aka can't find a good starting point). At least my pc doesn't freeze up when editing now like my old one did. 
  • taking time off... ramblings 2009-02-13 11:31:45 Haven't logged in for awhile, I know I have some amv ops to give and anime suggestions to check out.
    Been waiting for my new pc to be built and now we have a major snow storm on the day I'm supposed to pick up my computer :(

    I dislike winter.

    I've also been getting into manga. I'm shocked our tiny library has a small section of manga in the teen area.

    Is the journal supposed to be for amv stuff? Well I haven't created in a couple of days so nothing new to report there. I did mess around a little in Vegas with the ending of FMA to the beginning song of Ergo Proxy... pretty cool how the two match up with just a little bit of extra editing. I'll upload that later on.
