I made two during that class, one for Highlander and one for pretty much all of Squaresoft in general. But after school I no longer had a program to create my music videos so I had nearly a year of rust upon me when I finally began to screw around with Windows Movie Maker.
WMM is not by any means as good as Premiere, the program I used for free at school, but it suficeth plenty. So until I can get about $600 of loose change, I'll have to make due. But I like to think I can still make some good videos, but you should all be the judges.
I have recently begun college and my partners at ATP still insist that I be the one who make their MVs even though I now have less time and have still yet to buy a better program. I am currently working on three full length feature films with ATP two of which I am directing. Plans are to buy Premiere before we get into the editing stage of the first one that will be completed, which should be sometime in late Febuary or March.
A.T.Productions is an up and coming independant film company that has plans to compete in the Sundance Film Festival, an internationally recognized film festival that amazingly starts here in Ogden, Utah where I go to school and live. ATP's current film projects include a thought provoking drama, an action packed sci-fi (both of which will be entered into Sundance), and a Highlander fan-film that will only be seen on DVD.
I've been viewing amateur MVs for a few years and I honestly can say mine can compete, though I have seen many that have completely blown my mind. I'm proud to be a part of something here.
