[average 119.3 of 231939 opinions; standard deviation 432 ] - Profile: I'm not sure how long ago I was introduced to anime music videos, but I've loved them since the start. One of the first ones I ever saw was Harsh Mistress Television's "I Must Increase My Bust" video, which was gratuitous fanservice, but I thought it was funny and started looking for more.
One of my current favorites is Neko-Sama Production's "Love Boat" to Battleship Yamato scenes.
I'm 23 years old, so I think that makes me one of the younger creators, though I'm not very good yet. My third vid was supposed to have premiered at Anime Central 2002, but something happened and it was never shown. O_o;; I've finished 5 vids total so far, and have several more in progress. If you see my vids, PLEASE comment! I need to know how I can improve!!! (Aside from capture quality - I know I use VHS and my capture device isn't that great.)
I don't have that great of a system for amv making, so there are few if any digital effects in my videos. I use a Dazzle USB external video capture device and upgraded to Adobe Premiere 6.0 for many of the newer videos. When they say this program has a steep learning curve, they mean it!
