    I'm a fifteen-year-old girl who began watching AMVs about one year and a half ago...
    ...But I really began AMV-ing only on January 2005.

    I did 4 AMVs so far, all of them using Adobe Premiere, and I hope to have all of them posted here before the end of the year... My favourite one for the moment is "Elemental Fantasy".

    What I value the most in the AMVs I do are the synchronization (which is why I rarely try lip synch... I know I wouldn't like how it'd look) and the link between the lyrics and the images (except, of course, if I use instrumental music -_-)

    However, I love beautifully done AMVs with lots of effects (even if I'm not a good effects-user myself) and no great meaning. In fact, what I value the most in the AMVs I watch is the effort put into it.

    This is why I rarely leave opinions on already-too-much-opinioned AMVs, but prefer to comment unopinioned AMVs, to support the author.
    This is also why I'd be really happy to leave an opinion on one of your AMVs you're quite proud of and never had any comment on, just send me an email with the link and the description asking me to do so... And I will ^^

    I also converted my cousin to AMVs, and he become a quite-good effect-user (his screen name is Erulasto, you can find him on this site), so we both created a studio : "The Elven Studio". The video at the beginning of our AMVs has been done by both of us : I chose the videos, tried to synchronize, and he put everything together using nice effects. I also did the pictures you'll find at the end of the presentation and of the AMVs...

    ...Finally, seeing that all the Evanescence videos have been removed from the site (and I think I can understand perfectly well why, so I won't complain), just send me an email if you want to see "Dernier Soupir", my very first AMV....I'll try to send it by mail.

    Having said all that... i'll let you watch my AMVs, and I hope you'll like them... And if you feel kind enough to leave an opinion... I'll be all grateful! Because sending an opinion is nice, having an answer to an opinion I left is nicer, but receiving an opinion is the best! ^_^
