  • Profile: I am a senior at Bowling Green state University in Bowling Green, OH. I am hoping to graduate sometime within the next year, hopefully this August. At BGSU, I founded the anime club, Anime in Northwest Ohio and have also been active in other groups like the television station. Once I graduate I hope to work in the information office for a sports team. I'm also considering doing the JET program once I get my degree.

    I'm not what most people would consider an old school anime fan. I started about 5 or so years ago by watching DBZ on Cartoon Network (fear not, I will not be making any DBZ videos EVER). I then continued to watch Toonami and also started renting stuff from a nearby video store. Then thanks to get some anim from friends and discovering digital fansubs, I became what I'd call a hardcore anime fan. Currently I own around 150 DVDs, probably small compared to some of you, and about 80 graphic novels. My all-time favorite show is Card Captor Sakura. Other shows that I really enjoy are: Scrapped Princess, Slayers (the series that turned me into a hardcore fan), 3 x 3 Eyes, and Kanon.

    I've been watching videos for a few years now and I finally got some time to put together one of my own. I'm currently trying to think of an idea for my next one. Unfortunatly all my ideas revolve around shows that are not available on DVD in America.
