I'm currently 23 and am working as a IT administrator for a company in Portugal
My first AMV was back in 2005 only using moviemaker, well it was as lame as it gets:)
Now in 2008 I started working in after effects and I am getting the hand of it a little more.
Here in Portugal the number of people making amvs and working in video compositing is very reduced, well I don't know anyone that makes AMVs so I started making them to get people interested in this. It helps allot those that want to work in video industry.

About AMVs
The type of AMVs that I like making is trailers and action ones.
Well I think nowadays the 3d integration in AMVs is the key for scoring here and I am too starting to do this.
