After meeting other AMV makers for the first time at Anime Festival Orlando 4 (http://www.afo-con.org), I've a new respect what it takes to get your video out there, and entertain folks while sticking to your guns. I love doing this, now even more after winning an award for Best Concept at AFO4 ("Somebody to Love" - Golden Boy), and hopefully that dosen't inflate my ego change my style of making vids.
Gotta thank Phade for giving us all this outlet for displaying our creation and he deserve all the donations he can get. I plan on sending flow in soon (Feb. 2004), and hopefully more cats showing off their wares here will follow suit, otherwise AMV.org may not be around as long as we'd like.
BTW, maybe this site can play a stronger presence at cons where folks can see the service they provide and be encouraged to donate. Besides the creators, the viewers could definetly toss in some flow into this digable project.
Either way, what we have so far is just incredible. Can't wait to see what the future holds.

Top 10 Favorite Anime in the 80's:
01. Robotech
