The funny thing is, this person REMADE our video using the same exact footage, and the same exact song, rewording the same opening lines that I PERSONALLY wrote, and yet claims they have never seen our video before?
People ever cease to amaze me.

We have pretty much decided to no longer continue sharing our music videos online. We continue making them, but outside of inner circles, we will not be sharing them any longer. Why? Because we are sick and tired of people on things like YouTube constantly reuploading our videos on YouTube claiming they made them, or taking the same exact damn song, the same exact damn footage, and making the exact same video and then playing dumb when they get caught, saying, "durrrr, I never saw your video before! It's a total coincidence!"
We're sick and tired of the disrespect. We're tired of people taking our hard work and cropping out our credits and claiming they made them, and when they get loads of praise on YouTube for something they stole, they respond with, "Thanks! I worked really hard on this! Yay!" It's infuriating. It just pisses in the face of ALL the AMV creators out there that get stolen from and ripped off every day.
We appreciate the support we have had from the fans and all the kind emails we have had over the years. We also appreciate all the people who have taken the time to leave opinions, and who have alerted us to all the 'thieves' on YouTube. You can continue to help by notifying YouTube of the thefts.
Thank you again to everyone for their outstanding support and well-wishes!!

Hello!
You've come upon the AMV account for Second Element Video. We are a studio made up of 2 guys and 1 girl ( the latter of which maintains this account ). Although we dabble in various anime sources, we are most well known for our unique Inu Yasha videos. While our first finished AMV attempt is "Two Way Dream", we made a name for ourselves among the Inu Yasha fans with "Rose in the Wind" ( which is funny, as we consider that video very much incomplete and lacking ). "The Other Side of Time" really put us on the Inu Yasha map, as it is our most downloaded AMV, with currently over 40,000 downloads. We can only assume word of mouth put it over the top, so we are incredibly grateful towards all the fans and "repeat customers" that continue to download and enjoy our videos.
AMVs are our hobby, but as can continue to shape our style of writing and editing, we hope to someday go to competition. Not so much to win anything, but to get more exposure. To those our viewers who continue to download our newest videos, and have been with us since the beginning, our deepest gratitude. We want you to experience something new with each of our videos, and without you, we would have no reason to continue making more. Thank you for your continued support, enthusiasm, and encouragement.

In the meantime, we'll try to catch up on replying to all the opinions that have been left for us over the past several months. Thanks again to all of you who have continued to download our videos and have left feedback, and thank you for continuing to recommend our AMVs to other fans across the internet.
Thanks for the luv! ^_^x
