I've been trying to save this one I've been working on, but each and every time I go to, my computer is quickly drained of virtual memory, and it wont save.
My computer just got rehauled, so I dont think it's the machine...is it possible I could have saved each clip in the wrong format? I was saving to: DivX5.1.1 Codec.
I had made a shorter AMV using that same, and it had saved fine..and when I wanted to show this one when it was like 1/3 of the way done, it saved fine, but, now, nothing.
Any thoughts?

Ususally it's better to export in a lossless codec and do the compression seperately (using VirtualDub or other such programs). I need more information, though; I need what programs you are using, the exact steps you are taking, and what codec settings you are using.
Also, this should be in the Video Help or (more likely) Video Software Help forums. A mod will move it there, don't worry about reposting it.

whoops! now i see those forums, i will keep those in mind.
I'm just starting...so, I've been using WMM, and DVD2AVI. I was given so many programs/codecs I don't know really what to use for saving. I just played around with it till i found something that worked, and stuck with it.
i was advised to use HuffYuv, but everytiime I tried it, things crashed
