Uploading Errors ( rejecting Login )

I've only had my video hosted at my server for a few days, and already I'm WAAAAYYYY abusing my bandwidth limit. So anyway, I set in motion the process of uploading my video to the server provided by AMV, and of course, it gave me the login and password I needed to upload my video. However, everytime I try to upload the video, the login I was given is rejected. And no, I didn't try and memorize it- I copy and pasted all the uploading information that was given to me for this video and saved it in notepad for reference- so even copying and pasting the login I was given into the FTP fields of my FTP client doesn't seem to be working. Any suggestions? Am I just doing something wrong or should I try to go about getting a whole new login for this video?

Hey,

FTP logins expire after 24 hours. To get another one, got to the video upload page, cancel the current upload, and then try it again with a new uid/pwd. Hopefully that should fix it.

I had just gotten the ID and it didn't work. So I canceled and got a new one, which was rejected the first 2 times, but managed to get in the 3rd try. Just hope my FTP doesn't crash while uploading so that I don't have to risk login problems again.

Just getting that problem myself. I canceled and tried again a couple of times. It's still not working.
Am I doing something wrong, or is the site just not working?

SAME WITH ME IN A WAY YOU SEE I DONT KNOW WERE TO PUT IN THE CODE DO YOU PUT IT IN AT THE LOGIN AND PASSWORD AT HOMEPAGE OR I THERE SOMEWERE ELSE YOU HAVE TO GO.

Hey shinji13,

You need to use an FTP program to connect to the FTP server. Enter the login information there and you will be able to upload your vid.

Yeah, after i did that i asked a good friend dethmajor about it and he told me to go to download.com and get it so thanx anyway.
