Making Animated Avatars....need help

Not sure if this is the right forum,I heard that you can make Animated Avatars using Premiere, but I don't know how to. Can anyone give a short tutorial?

I'm not sure, but can you help me with something? How do you get a picture in the side box?

I'm kind of new to this website. Can you walk me through the process of putting a picture up so that everytime that I post it can be seen in the side box?

Sure, its pretty simple. When you log on to the forum go to your profile page by clicking the link at the top of the page. Once there scroll down untill you see "Avatar control panel".

You can then upload an Avatar image from your computer or a URL site that has one you want to use. The image can not be greater than 80 pixels wide and 80 pixels tall and the file size of it has to be no more than 6kb.

If you want to make your own Avatar, you can use pretty much use any photo editer or even the simple "Paint" program that comes with Windows. Whatever program you use make sure the image is 80X80 pixels and save it as a GIF or JPEG. Depending on how you design it the size may or may not be over 6kb, if it is over 6kb you will have to compress it down to be able to put it on this site. Unless you host it from a URL and upload it that way, but I never did that, I just made my own using photoshop.

Now if you want an Animated avatar that is not as simple to make, that is why I am trying to find out how to make them.
