Grr!!!!
Here's how it is. Whenever I try to download, at the ten second wait that link comes up and when I click it, I get the message that goes somewhere along the lines of I tried to download too soon after my last try. WHICH WAS FREAKIN' DAYS AGO!!!!!!
I'm starting to get pissy. Can you tell?
Anyway, if anyone would be kind enough to help, I'd be VERY VERY happy!!! Plus, you get that warm fuzzy feeling inside that you helped another. Unless you're the type that gets off on ACTUALLY harming people in your direct vicinity. Anime characters are okay. In my book, at least.

I'll be glad to help, cause i'm that kinda guy. 
It could be the download doesn't work, and in that case it's not your fault. I've had this happen before. Try again in 24 hours. Try deleting your cookies and Internet cache. I use Mozilla Firefox, and I have problems loading things every once in a while. I'd reccomend that.
Also, make sure the download didn't start by itself. If it tries to start by itself, and you click the link, it may recognize that you attempted before and cut you off. See if that's the problem. If not, I'll try to help some more. Tell me what happens.
