seriously though... not a bright quastion as this has bin asked many times before. but asuming you just joined i dont think you would know about this. anyway if its legal or illigal is up to you in this cause... and if it were to be legal in your eyes and you feel asif your doing something bad then go cry in a corner somewhere cause for me im not stopping just cause its illegal...

woopty doo, illegal or not its not stopen me--- i enjoy these works of art and ill keep goin until they either shut down the site or untill they trow me jail----- but that will never happen until they stumble upon us--- hell my dads a cop and he asks me for certain music off the site, so there

Sorry if I came off as negative, but them's the facts.

Knowing that, I say make your AMVs, send them here, download the ones you want and don't worry about the legalities. If the owners of the copyrighted works ask you or us to stop using their stuff in AMVs (like Evenescence, Creed, and Seether did) then we stop. Or make them but keep them to yourself and maybe only show them to your friends or at a con.
