Calling All Villians

I don't know if this has been done (at least not very often) but I would like to do a tribute to major anime villians. I'm talking about the villians that make you say "damn, that's messed up" when they do something to the hero or innocent. First comes to mind is Vicious..but I'm trying to get away from the CB phenomena. For artistic reasons, I prefer to do something that is somewhat rare.

Ideas anybody?

hmmm! let's see villains...

1. Vegeta/DB-you could say bad, but no villain.
2. Papachereeno/Photon-funny bad guy, no villain.
3. Knives/Trigun-again not really villain.
4. Legato Bluesummers/Trigun-same as knives.
5. Kagato/Tenchi-same as knives.
6. Rezo the Red Priest/The Slayers-same as knives.

I can't really think of an bad ass villains at the momento, sorry!

All I can think of is Try Hard Villains...

Mason from BGC (corporate boomer-man)
Galatea from BGC Tokyo 2040 (not really evil?)
Quincy from BGC Tokyo 2040 (creepy old man)
Kurei from Flame of Recca (not really really evil, candidate for creepiest bad guy awards, even creepy as a three-year-old

Bass from Violinist of Hameln (holds his head in the palm of his hand)
Sizer from Violinist of Hameln (not really a villian, carries a wicked scythe, golden wings stained with blood)

There's lots more but these are the ones I know of that have a villian-fan following.

Ajo, the company president from Key the Metal Idol, a man with some serious issues regarding machinery.

Akito from Fruits Basket, besides torturing Yuki as a small child by locking him up in a room, beating him and playing sadistic mindgames with him, messing with Hatori's love life in a major evil way, he bitch slaps Kisa. This is Kisa:

In the manga he hospitilized her. Why? because one of the other characters said he 'liked her a lot'.

1.) The Damn Demons in Blood: The Last Vampire
2.) The Whole of the Barbaroi Clan in Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust
3.) Gaul in Full Metal Panic. The man was shot in the head and keeps coming back for more...
4.) Ilparatzo from Excel Saga. The guy is bent on world domination through doing completely unrelated things. Goofy more than anything but he kills off his only minions almost every episode.
5.) Eight Devils of Kimone, from Ninja Scroll. These guys kill what seems like all of fuedal japan in two hours. And theres that Gema dude...
