Yea I expect the repeated footage to bother some people, but wasn't a whole lot to work with and still make the video as intense as I wanted it to be. And cutting the song was out of the question, so I took what seemed to be the least of the 3 evils to me.

Nessephanie: ditto on repeated scenes ;p Yea I beleive I am the first (to my knowledge) to do one centering on Hinamori and Aizen's relationship, which I am quite frankly surprised no one else has done yet. Ofcourse theres no way I can check every single bleach vid out there, so maybe they have and I just don;t know about it. Whatever, glad you liked the vid

And yea, the song was so perfect I'd have used it even if it was by Linkin park.

OropherZero: That effect I kinda stumbled apon playing with the cloud render effect in AE. Its the cloud effect Overlayed with multiply blend mode ontop of orange tinted footage. Oh and within temptation is chrstian band? I didn;t even know that.

Infinity Squared: Yea... try to think of the repeated footage as something going on chaotically in her head, thats my justification for using them anyway, since I couldn;t get around it. ;p Yea the whole Aizen Hinamori arc had a pretty big impact on me aswell, in the manga more so than the anime actually, but can't exactly make a manga music video as dramatic can I? ;p

Sojiro: Thanks, I'm glad you dug the mood, thats one thing I concentrated highly on in this one.

Jade_eyed_angel: Silly, of course I wouldn't be so evil as to have only mp4 for those of you with slower pcs ;p But Yea, Thats exactly what I had intended with some of the repeat scenes. Like the moment when Aizen stabs her, that was repeated intentionally to cement the point. WOuld've done it even if there was more footage. Glad you liked it ^^

dj_ultima_the_great: Yea this one was created with the intention that the viewer knew the characters and the story involved before hand. Its quite a sentimental part of the story for me, since Hinamori is one of my favorite characters in bleach, and it was aimed at fans of the series that share that same sentimentality with me. Its probably not as strong to those who have not seen any bleach, so it doesn't bother or surprise me that you didn't like it much. Thanks for giving it a try though, maybe you'll like my next one ^^

SnhKnives: Ooh, I got the knives to come out of lurking, thats a good sign ;p Glad you liked it, I think we;ve beat the repeated footage enough already, so I'll leave that alone ;p

Tono_Fyr: Thanks, yea it was actually the song that spawned this video idea, so thank P0d (for introducing me to Within Temptation through "The Last Chapter") for that one. ;p

Chambeyc: Yea... Zetsumo = around 400 hours, This one = around 40 hours. I think I worked maybe just a bit harder on Zetsumo, so that doesn't realy surprise me ;p Glad you liked it though

SoH: Ah, the second person that didn;t like it. Honestly I thought there would be more, so I don't feel bad about it. I made this exactly how I wanted it at the risk of it not apealing to others, (mostly the motion I thought would be complained about most) but thanks for checking it out ^^ It also helps to know the story, I made it specifically with the intent that the viewer already has watched that arc in bleach. Oh yea, as for the characters talking, I did remove most of the lipflap that bothered me. Theres just a few that I left in intentionally, since the characters just didn;t look right sitting there doing nothing, and theres a few I'm seeing now that I just missed.

inthesto: Ah the first complaint on the motion. I honestly thought I would get more. To but it bluntly, I like the motion. Thats why I used it, and said in the description that I abused the Motion control in this one ;p

Maybe I did get just a little overlyt crazy with it though. ..... Nah.

Shinodude: Good, that means I did my job as director right. Just imagine if Haruhi Suzumiya Ultra directed it.....

(although she will do one for me in the near future.... but thats a different story)

Thanks everyone for all the feedback. I honestly thought less people would like the vid since I did alot of techniques that I thought would come off as over the top to most people. Mainly the motion. But glad you guys are digging it anyway ^^

Nice vid. Having not seen Bleach, it took me a couple watches to understand the story. The only thing I didn't like was the excessive squiggling panning. I mean I think it is cool but the movement is too much in some scenes and starts to distact the viewer from the story. (at least in my case.).

I think the comment about Bleach going well with Christian rock was meant as an aside, not that Within Temptation are.

Yes, some parts were great, but the panning was really annoying -- it was like I was drunk while watching it. My suggestion is to only do that when the scene calls for it--didn't really understand why it had to shake around ya know? 3/5

Actually the reasoning behind the shaking around is supposed to be like a chaotic dream going on in her head. Its supposed to be like shes thinking about everything while shes in that choma state in the hospital bed, so I tried to make it chaotic.

Oke i watched it and checked out the notes after that and rewatched if i missed anything or stuff like that.. I'm not happy with the video but that might just be me... the video turned a bit gray and some of the transmotions felt a little strange for the flow of the audio same with video for that mather... And when I said I wasnt happy with it I meant that I think you dropped the ball on this one. I'm a fan of your work but this is propperbly one of the lesser video's you've created over the time. The song choice and the actual choice and consept are nice but like I read people arent happy with the panning and such and I agree... The filter you used aswell as the Premiere and AE ones seem a bit simple and shallow for your doing...

I guese I should shut up before I write a full op in here... I'll hit you up on aim to talk about some stuff if your up for it.

7/10 (this is effected by visual quality along with sceneselection and filter choices including transmotions)

Two words: absolutely awesome!

I loved this video from start to finish and have rewatched it a couple of times in the few hours since I downloaded it, including showing it to some of my other Bleach watching friends.

I personally didn't mind the repeated footage (although it was noticeable) as it was short and only occured a couple of times, with each time looking different. Plus Hinamori isn't exactly a major focus of the show so getting enough footage of her must have been a bit tougher.

I loved it ^_^ of course. And the repeated scenes didn't bother me that much. I can understand the story going on in the vid but not sure exactly of what though since I haven't seen Bleach but it does seem interesting. Keep up the good work can't wait to see some more vids.
